As an inclusive discipline,pedagogy is gradually becoming a specialized research field with ever-expanding boundaries,and the subject background of pedagogy postgraduates’ tends to be diversified.More and more students with interdisciplinary background regard pedagogy as a target subject for postgraduates.However,the reality shows that after entering the new learning environment,interdisciplinary pedagogy postgraduates have encountered difficulties in adapting to different degrees and aspects.In this study,the learning adaptation of pedagogy postgraduates is taken as the research content,the learning adaptation process of interdisciplinary pedagogy postgraduates is understood,and the difficulties,coping strategies and influencing factors in learning adaptation of interdisciplinary pedagogy postgraduates are explored,so as to find out the current problems of interdisciplinary pedagogy postgraduates’ training,which has important theoretical and practical value for better improving personnel training.Learning adaptation of interdisciplinary pedagogy postgraduates is a complex process,and qualitative research can be used to further explore the changing process and difficult experience of interdisciplinary pedagogy postgraduates’ learning adaptation.Therefore,this research mainly uses the interview method to conduct in-depth interviews with 16 interdisciplinary pedagogy postgraduates.After the interview,it used NVivo 12 to arrange and code the interview data,and then formed the research results on the basis of analysis.It is found that interdisciplinary pedagogy postgraduates experience multiple stages and difficulties in learning adaptation.Interdisciplinary pedagogy postgraduates challenge themselves and make changes without difficulties and setbacks in order to adapt better.In this study,interdisciplinary pedagogy postgraduates have difficulties and challenges in the aspects of discipline foundation,course study,academic research,learning evaluation,learning methods and interpersonal relationship.Faced with difficulties,they take the initiative to adjust themselves and ask for help from the outside world,while some students hold a negative attitude.The learning adaptation of pedagogy postgraduates is influenced by many factors,including their educational background,individual factors,peer influence,tutor guidance and learning environment.Based on the experience of pedagogy postgraduates’ learning adaptation,this research studies and puts forward the problems existing in the training unit,tutor and students,and puts forward some suggestions for improving personnel training.Through the study of the process,difficulties and influencing factors of interdisciplinary pedagogy postgraduates’ learning adaptation,it is found that there are the problems in the cultivation of interdisciplinary pedagogy postgraduates:firstly,the cultivation unit ignores the supplement of basic courses,and the quality of professional courses is low;secondly,the tutors pay less attention to the development of interdisciplinary pedagogy postgraduates,and the guidance ability needs to be improved;thirdly,interdisciplinary pedagogy postgraduates are blind in enrollment and are passive in learning.Based on the above problems,the study puts forward some suggestions for the improvement of talent training:firstly,the training unit should strengthen the enrollment guidance and assessment,improve the curriculum system,promote the professional construction of tutor team,improve the offline and online learning environment,and strengthen the psychological consultation and guidance of students;secondly,tutors of interdisciplinary pedagogy postgraduates should take the initiative to improve their own guidance ability and instruct students in accordance with their aptitude;thirdly,interdisciplinary pedagogy postgraduates should establish a rational sense of application and form a correct self-awareness.
