With the continuous expansion of graduate enrollment scale,the advantages of Undergraduates in the labor market are gradually reduced.More and more undergraduates choose cross specialty postgraduate entrance examination based on different motives of postgraduate examination.In addition,the demand for high-level compound talents in the knowledge-based economy society is increasing,and the number of cross discipline graduate students is growing.As for the quality of cross discipline graduate students Gradually become the focus of attention.The fundamental goal of education is the development of ability.The learning ability of postgraduates will inevitably become one of the important indicators to measure the quality of Postgraduates' training.Interdisciplinary postgraduates will become a group that can not be ignored in the graduate team.Their learning ability will also affect the quality of talent training in Colleges and Universities,and affect the overall education level of postgraduates.Therefore,interdisciplinary Postgraduates The study of learning ability is particularly important.This research divides learning ability into independent learning ability,innovation ability and scientific research ability,and designs the questionnaire items from these three dimensions.The influencing factors of learning ability are based on personal factors(professional cognition,professional basis,professional identity)and school factors(teacher effectiveness,training mechanism,curriculum teaching and learning environment)Design.In this study,the graduate students of Guizhou University,Guizhou University of Finance and economics and Guizhou Normal University are taken as the research objects.Through the comparative analysis with the non interdisciplinary graduate students,it is found that the overall learning ability of the interdisciplinary graduate students is in the lower middle level.Among the elements of learning ability,the scores from low to high are innovation ability,scientific research ability,and self-discipline Main learning ability.Whether interdisciplinary is the control variable,and whether interdisciplinary can significantly regulate the influence of professional cognition,professional foundation,professional identity,training mechanism,curriculum teaching and learning environment on the learning ability of postgraduates.Through the correlation analysis and regression analysis between personal factors and school factors and interdisciplinary master's learning ability,it is found that professional basis,professional identity,tutor effectiveness and learning environment are the main factors that affectinterdisciplinary master's learning ability.Finally,according to the four factors of professional foundation,professional identity,tutor effectiveness and learning environment,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the learning ability of interdisciplinary postgraduate students.
