| With the gradual application and development of the concept of "Internet + education",the educational reform of colleges and universities in China has broken through the shackles of traditional educational concepts and gradually developed into information education combined with the Internet.Driven by national policies,China’s higher education develops rapidly,but constrained by traditional educational ideas,there are still some problems such as single teaching methods,low enthusiasm for learning,poor awareness of independent learning,lack of concentration,poor awareness of analyzing and solving problems,etc.Based on the above problems,effectively solve the dilemma brought by the traditional education model,improve the overall quality of current students,professional ability and innovation consciousness become the top priority,will be paid attention to as the national education focus.Therefore,this study applies flipped classroom teaching mode to design teaching programs from the aspects of teaching tasks,teaching atmosphere,online and offline teaching platforms,and teaching implementation,so as to conform to the trend of education development.This paper adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and experiment.Taking class 1 and Class 2 of 2021 physical education major in Physical Education College of Shenyang University as the teaching experiment objects,the application effect of flipped classroom teaching mode in gymnastics teaching of physical education major was studied,and its advantages over traditional teaching mode were analyzed.After the completion of the experiment,the two classes of students gymnastics technical level,gymnastics learning interest,independent learning ability and other aspects of the examination and investigation,analysis of the obtained data can be obtained:(1)After the experiment,the physical fitness level of students in both the experimental class and the control class improved compared with before the experiment,but there was no significant difference between the two classes.It shows that both teaching modes can improve students’ physical fitness level when there is no significant difference in their physical fitness level.(2)After the application of flipped classroom teaching mode,students in the experimental class are higher in gymnastics learning interest and autonomous learning ability than those in the control class,and there are significant differences.It shows that in the flipped classroom teaching mode,the problem-solving orientation can guide students to actively explore,find and solve problems,and constantly improve students’ interest in gymnastics learning and autonomous learning ability through online software release video preview.(3)Through the teaching experiment of 16 weeks later,the two classes of students of the horizontal bar,parallel bars,the skill,the vaulting horse and the 9th edition project examination,examination results show that: after the experiment classes mat skills,the parallel bars,the high bar and vault in four types of average score were higher than that in comparative classes,and there are significant differences,the 9th edition did not exist significant differences.Therefore,the flipped classroom teaching model presents complete technical movements through the application of network teaching videos,accompanied by text and audio explanation,which can solve the problem of blurred movement representation and theoretical knowledge caused by students’ simple imitation of movements,and improve students’ mastery of gymnastics techniques.(4)After the experiment,the satisfaction survey of students in the experimental class found that students were satisfied with the design of flipped classroom teaching mode,teaching arrangement and the application of online teaching software.This shows that students can clearly realize that diversified teaching methods can enhance their intuitive experience of technical actions and thus improve their learning efficiency. |
