With the continuous deepening of basic education reform and the comprehensive promotion of quality education,the construction of primary school associations has risen in the whole country,and the activities of associations play an important role in primary school students’ campus life and growth.In recent years,with the acceleration of the urbanization process,the number of newly built primary schools in large and medium-sized cities is also gradually increasing every year.This paper conducts relevant research on the current situation of the construction of associations in such primary schools,the existing problems,and how to further strengthen the construction and management of associations in newly built primary schools.In order to understand the current situation of community construction in newly built primary schools,this study took S Primary School in Zhengzhou as the research object and conducted a questionnaire survey.316 valid questionnaires were collected from students and 57 valid questionnaires from teachers,and in-depth interviews were conducted with 2 school administrators and 8 community counselors.The results of questionnaire survey and interview show that the community construction of S Primary School has reached a certain scale,with 34 clubs and more than 600 students participating.Club activities are mainly carried out in the traditional teaching mode;The counseling teachers in the community are younger,with higher professional quality and a balanced ratio of men and women.The activity site of the association is relatively fixed and guaranteed,and the facilities are relatively perfect.The results of club activities are presented in a combination of static display and dynamic display.The evaluation includes the evaluation of students,tutors and activities in various forms.The school,teachers and parents are all involved to varying degrees in the management and support of the club.Through the analysis of the present situation,it is found that the following problems still exist in the construction of associations: the overall development of associations is unbalanced,the form of association activities is relatively single,the level of association tutors is uneven,and the utilization of resources inside and outside the school is low.The reasons for these problems are as follows: first,the positioning of associations is not clear enough;second,the management of association teachers is not in place;third,the supervision of the quality of association activities is weak;fourth,the influence of family and society on associations is ignored.As the overall situation of the newly built primary school is in the initial stage,although the community construction has begun to improve,but there are problems that need to be solved,which affect the value and function of the community.Therefore,this paper puts forward the following suggestions: first,to establish a perfect management system;second,to fully explore and use the potential educational resources;third,to strengthen the construction of teachers;fourth,to build influential brand associations.In a word,the community construction of the newly built primary school is the result of the cooperation of many factors.If the community construction is strengthened,it can develop together with the school,promote each other,and make due contributions to the overall development of students. |
