Research On The Development And Demonstration Of Community Recreational Volleyball In Zhengzhou

With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and the national fitness program gradually thorough,the concept of people’s lives began to pay attention to the problem of food and clothing in the past to change health,leisure and entertainment lifestyle.Entertainment volleyball characteristics precisely and people’s pursuit of the way of life do not coincide,research on the development of recreational volleyball,is not only a response to public opinion,the health of the citizens and the consciousness of unity and cooperation to a new height of an important means.In order to make the Zhengzhou city community recreational volleyball to long-term healthy development,based on summing up history of entertainment volleyball,using the method of literature,interview,questionnaire,survey of 18 communities in Zhengzhou City Entertainment volleyball,from participation in the group,the level of participation,participation motivation and preference other aspects of a comprehensive analysis and research,draw the following conclusions:1.Zhengzhou city community recreational volleyball players in men than in women,16-30 years of age,most participants,accounting for 36% of the total,most residents choose to recreational volleyball activities in schools and public venues in the stadium,a week for 1-2 times,each time for 0.5 to 1.5 hours of activities are more love and love entertainment volleyball residents accounted for 64.7% of the total participants,the main motivation is to exercise and entertainment,to ease the pressure ratio is relatively large.2.Increase government support for the mass sports,in accordance with the number of likes the entertainment volleyball,equipped with adequate equipment in exploring screenings,lovers of advanced elements of free training related recreational volleyball tactics and the referee knowledge,regularly held a large-scale entertainment volleyball match,is a necessary condition to accelerate the pace of development of Zhengzhou City community recreational volleyball.3.Zhengzhou City,the community will gradually formed "to serve the community for the purpose of government support and guidance,have more professional sports instructor,have relatively adequate facilities and equipment,scientific system,propaganda platform,evaluation mechanism,a reasonable incentive measures" recreational volleyball development mode.
