Application Of BOT Mode In The Construction Of Hot Water System In WL College

Along with the issuance of 14^thFive-Year Plan for Higher Education Career Development in Yunnan Province,the higher education shall achieve the rapid development inevitably,and the hot water system for the dormitory in the colleges and universities concerns the daily life for the students,which can not be neglected for each college and university.Concerning the college and university at fund shortage,the infrastructure engineer for the hot water system may be controlled strictly in order to save the fund and control the cost inevitably.The maintenance for the hot water engineer shall be implemented by the professional staff,while the permanent staff in the college and university is weak at the professional practical ability when compared with the professional construction staff,therefore,the logistics work in the college and university is weak with low efficiency.The introduction of BOT pattern in the hot water engineer in college and university may not only decrease the construction investment cost rationally,enhance the management capacity for the hot water system,but also bring in a new direction for the market competition strategy in the hot water company,and finally the win-win situation may be achieved for the college and construction company.The concept of BOT pattern was firstly combed,the features and strengths were analyzed.On the basis,the researches on BOT patter at home and abroad were summarized,the application for the construction of hot water system in the dormitory with BOT pattern was analyzed from two aspects of application value and application risk.The case for hot water system engineer in WL College was introduced subsequently.The current situation of hot water system in the dormitory in WL College was firstly introduced,the feasibility for the application of BOT pattern was analyzed from three aspects of professional and technical feasibility,risk aversion feasibility and financial feasibility.In the end,the application scenes of BOT pattern for the decision stage,construction stage,operation stage and handover stage of the project were described in details.Seen from the above cases,we can not only notice the feasibility and application prospect of BOT pattern on the construction of hot water system in the college and university,but also we can find out some disadvantages,so that the following conclusions may be obtained via the summary.The results show that BOT mode has a broad prospect in the construction of University hot water system,and the win-win situation between the University and the capital is the key to the successful implementation of BOT mode in University hot water system.
