In order to build a well-off society in an all-round way and build a powerful sports country,promoting the health of the whole people is an important goal of China’s sports work at present.The worker is an important part of our society,in order to achieve the task of well-off people,the physical and mental health of the worker population needs to be improved.It is an effective means to improve the health level of workers by developing workers’ sports and guiding them to participate in physical exercise.It has important practical significance and far-reaching historical significance to achieve the goal of China’s sports power and the sustainable development of China’s economy and society.The State General Administration of Sport and other departments jointly issued the "Opinions on further Strengthening the work of workers’ physical education",pointing out that the bottleneck of the development of workers’ physical education is the low participation degree of workers’ group physical fitness and poor awareness of physical education.This study takes Aviation Industry Corporation of China(Chengfei group)As a case study,30 sports management personnel and 576 employees of Chengfei Group were investigated,The 24 employees who could provide the most information were interviewed.By means of literature,interview,questionnaire,field investigation and mathematical statistics,To investigate the management and organization of staff sports in Chengfei group and their participation in physical exercise,and to analyze the factors affecting staff participation in physical exercise.The following conclusions were drawn after the study:(1)At present,the administrative sports operation and management mode of Chengfei is not effective enough,and the sports demands of grassroots organizations and employees cannot be satisfied.The main performance is: the staff sports organization structure is single,the function is limited;The staff sports management personnel sports qualification ability is poor;Single source of sports funds;Poor rewards and fun;The distribution and utilization efficiency of staff sports resources is low,which can not meet the needs of staff.(2)Chengfei group workers’ participation in physical exercise is poor,which is characterized by: short duration and less frequency of physical exercise;In the motivation of participation,the main motivation is to enhance physical fitness,to lose weight and fat,entertainment and emotion regulation;In the participating projects,they are mainly aerobic metabolism,such as walking,jogging and swimming,showing a diversified trend.(3)When Chengfei employees participate in physical exercise,management factors are more likely to affect their participation in physical exercise,while the influence of social factors,environmental factors and health factors on employees’ participation in physical exercise is easily affected by individual differences of employees.There are significant gender differences in management factors,social factors,family factors and environmental factors,and female employees are more likely to be affected by these four factors to participate in physical exercise. |
