The Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed to speed up the process of education modernization,explore new educational fulcrums,and meet the new needs of education in the new era.Since the emergence of online teaching in my country in the late 20 th century to the rapid development of today,it has gradually transitioned from a marginalized to a central field.Its novel education method also provides a new reform idea for the deepening and development of the teaching of physical education courses in colleges and universities.Affected by the epidemic at the beginning of 2020,online teaching has suddenly emerged,and it has passively become an important footnote in the period of rapid growth,rapid popularization and rapid development of online education.However,it is worthy of in-depth discussion on how to effectively carry out online teaching of physical education courses and complete the teaching tasks of physical education courses with quality and quantity.The research adopts the research methods such as literature data method,expert interview method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method,and takes six representative colleges and universities in Henan Province as the research object.The three-dimensional analysis of the current situation of online teaching of physical education courses in colleges and universities in Henan Province aims to provide scientific reference data for the reform and innovation of online teaching of physical education courses in colleges and universities in Henan Province through comprehensive analysis.The study concluded that:(1)The management mechanism of online teaching of physical education courses still needs to be further improved.In the process of managing online teaching,problems such as the unreasonable teacher performance appraisal system,the imperfect online teaching and training system,and the small development of teaching platforms have not been effectively solved.(2)The online teaching ability of physical education teachers needs to be further improved.In the process of teachers carrying out online teaching,problems such as low application proficiency of teaching platforms,long lesson preparation time,single teaching methods,and poor teacher-student interaction need to be solved urgently.(3)The online self-learning ability of physical education students needs to be further strengthened.In the process of participating in online learning,students have serious problems such as inattention,low classroom participation,and lack of learning methods.(4)The problems of imperfect teaching platform function,unstable network and lack of teaching facilities are prominent.The teaching platform does not capture the emotions and action goals in practical lessons,and is greatly affected by the stability of the network and the soundness of teaching facilities.(5)Online teaching of physical education courses has both advantages and disadvantages and cannot replace offline teaching.Online teaching has the advantages of breaking the limitations of time and space,sharing high-quality teaching resources,promoting education balance,and improving the quality of education.(6)The online teaching effect of physical education courses is not ideal and there are differences in teaching content.The online teaching effect of theoretical courses of physical education is better than that of practical courses,and is greatly influenced by teachers’ teaching attitudes,teachers’ teaching methods,students’ learning attitudes,students’ learning methods,teaching platforms,network environment and sports facilities.Based on the research conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Improve the online teaching management system and promote the reform of the online teaching system;(2)Improve the comprehensive cultural literacy of teachers and consolidate their online teaching ability;(3)Establish and improve multiple education(4)Integrate the performance of online teaching platform to promote the deep integration of network and teaching;(5)integrate the advantages of online and offline teaching,and promote the development of physical education characteristics;(6)reform teaching content,focus on learning experience,and improve teaching feedback. |
