| With the continued advancement of online technology,online teaching has gradually become a key component of modern education.In 2018,the Ministry of Education issued a notice on the in-depth implementation of the spirit of the National Conference on Undergraduate Education in Higher Education in the New Era,which clearly stated that "all universities should accelerate the deep integration of modern information technology and education teaching,speed up the integration of information technology into traditional teaching The conference clearly stated that"universities should accelerate the deep integration of modern information technology and education teaching,accelerate the transformation of traditional teaching by information technology,effectively combine online and offline teaching,and focus on improving teachers’ ability to apply information technology".Online teaching has become the future trend of education.It is an important strategic plan to promote education reform by following the development trend of education and making full use of the advantages of the Internet.This study was selected at the beginning of 2021 and opened at the end of 2021,during the prevention and control period of the new crown epidemic.Online physical education plays a key role as an important tool for most schools to cope with the New Coronary Pneumonia epidemic.The study of how to teach online physical education scientifically is a major issue globally and has a greater practical value.Although the State Council approved the lifting of the preventive and control measures for communicable diseases in category A under the New Crown epidemic from 8 January2023,studying online PE teaching still has the value of deepening PE teaching reform and innovating PE teaching methods.However,at present,the online teaching of physical education courses in colleges and universities faces many challenges and problems,such as the single form of online teaching,insufficient supervision of online teaching and poor network stability.Therefore,through literature review,questionnaire survey,interview and mathematical statistics,this study investigates the current situation of online teaching of physical education professional practice courses in six colleges and universities in Guiyang City in depth,understands the current problems of online teaching in Guiyang City,and actively inherits and develops the achievements of online teaching in the post-epidemic era,so as to provide some feasible suggestions to promote the reform of physical education professional practice courses in colleges and universities.The findings of the study are as follows:1.Through an in-depth investigation and analysis of the current online teaching of physical education professional practice courses in colleges and universities in Guiyang,the problems explored in this study include:(1)the feedback of teaching effect is not timely enough,and it is difficult to correct technical movements;(2)the supervision dilemma of online teaching,lacking effective monitoring and management mechanism;(3)the hardware conditions such as equipment and venues are constrained,affecting students’ learning experience and teaching effect;(4)the allocation of network resources is insufficient,restricted by the platform and network,resulting in the teaching resources not being fully utilized;(5)the form of online teaching is single,and the classroom atmosphere;(6)teachers lack the application of modern teaching methods.2.In response to the above problems,this study proposes the following development measures:(1)Establish a mechanism for correcting and providing feedback on technical movements to enhance students’ proficiency.This can be achieved through advance preparation,real-time guidance,personalized feedback,and encouraging students to engage in independent practice.(2)Establish an effective online monitoring mechanism to strengthen supervision.This can be done through the construction of a learning management system,regular online interactions,practical tasks and assignments,online assessments,and the establishment of a teaching supervision team.(3)Strengthen the development of online teaching resources.This includes improving the quality and quantity of teaching resources,building dedicated online teaching platforms,and optimizing the network environment to meet the teaching needs of both teachers and students.(4)Optimize the allocation of online network resources and select suitable teaching platforms.This can be achieved by providing support for network equipment,enhancing network bandwidth and stability,diversifying the choice of teaching platforms,and providing technical training and support to enhance the configuration of network resources and platforms.(5)Develop a digitalized physical education curriculum by accelerating the development of a blended teaching mode where offline teaching is supplemented by online teaching.Innovate teaching methods and strategies,utilize smart devices,and improve the effectiveness of online physical education instruction. |
