Research On The Quality Development Of Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities In The New Era

Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,ideological and political education in colleges and universities meets the requirements of the development of the times,as a key link in tempering the moral cultivation of college students,we should shoulder the mission entrusted by the times and cultivate talents who are worthy of the great task of socialism.Therefore,it is particularly important for colleges and universities to cultivate socialist builders and successors with both moral integrity and industry,and it is particularly important to improve the quality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.However,there are still many problems in the overall construction of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in terms of system optimization,environmental coordination and cooperation,and low attention to management and operation mechanisms,which have reduced the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges and universities to varying degrees.Based on this,how to actively implement the development requirements of the Sixth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China to build a high-quality education system and promote the reform and innovation of ideological and political education in colleges and universities;how to improve the quality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and constantly enhance the attractiveness,appeal,and scientific level of ideological and political education in colleges and universities;and how to propose effective solutions for ideological and political education in colleges and universities to meet the development requirements of the new era are all problems that need to be solved urgently.Therefore,starting from the background of the development of education modernization,this paper analyzes the dilemma faced by the improvement of the quality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era,and then analyzes the reasons for the existence of the dilemma,and seeks an effective path.This article starts from elucidating the content and requirements for improving the quality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era,and clarifies its theoretical basis from three aspects: Marxist theory on the comprehensive development of human freedom,the main leaders of the Communist Party of China and Xi Jinping’s ideological and political education,so as to highlight the necessity of improving the quality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era.On this basis,from the four aspects of "posture","business format","ecology" and "posture",the dilemma faced by the improvement of the quality of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the new era is analyzed in the direction of high quality,and then the causes of the dilemma are analyzed.Finally,in view of the dilemmas and causes of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in the four aspects of "posture","business format","ecology" and "posture",the path of improving its quality is proposed to promote the high-quality development of ideological and political education.
