Career education is an important way to carry out the basic educational task of "establishing morality and cultivating talents",and it is an inevitable requirement of implementing the new examination and enrollment system.Career education is both "whole-person education" and "lifelong education",which focuses on the dynamic growth of students,guides them to correctly understand and analyze themselves,make good life planning and realize comprehensive development.However,career education in senior high school has not received due attention.Geography has the natural advantage of infiltrating vocational career education,among which geography practice is an important carrier,so it is necessary to strengthen the research on the infiltration of geography practice teaching into vocational career education.Geography practice teaching has the advantage of infiltrating vocational education.First of all,the core quality of geography is highly compatible with the concept of career education,which has a guiding role in the infiltration of senior high school geography practice teaching into career education.Secondly,the geography curriculum structure of senior high school meets the needs of students’ career development and is an important support for the infiltration of geography practice teaching into career education.Thirdly,high school geography textbooks contain rich vocational information and provide a large number of geographical practice activities suitable for infiltration of vocational career education,providing rich materials for the infiltration of geographical practice teaching into vocational career education.Finally,vocational career education attaches importance to students’ exploration of professional life and experience of vocational content,while geographical practice activities are close to production and life,which is an effective way to penetrate vocational career education.In addition,geography is an interdisciplinary subject of natural science and humanities,and its disciplinary nature,scientific status and social function jointly determine the diversity of occupations related to geography,which provides the possibility for geography practice teaching to infiltrate career education.Based on career education theory,education theory,and geography science and geography teaching theory,this thesis designed student questionnaire and teacher interview outline to investigate 289 students and twelve teachers in grade one and grade two of two senior high schools in Rizhao city,and analyzed the current situation of the infiltration of high school geography practice teaching into career education.On this basis,the thesis puts forward the penetration strategy and designs concrete practice cases.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:Firstly,it is necessary and feasible for geography practice teaching to infiltrate career education.Under the impetus of the new college entrance examination reform,vocational education has attracted the attention of all sectors of society and become an important part of the general high school education.Geography has the unique advantage of infiltrating vocational education,and geography practice teaching is an effective way to infiltrate vocational education.Secondly,according to the survey,the students generally thought penetration in geography teaching career education degree is larger for their help,and the demand for professional career education degree is higher,at the same time,students have good self,the choice and the professional cognition,career education in geography teaching practice permeability laid a good foundation.However,the situation of students receiving career education is not optimistic.There are mainly problems such as insufficient attention from schools and teachers,tight geography learning time and limited class hours,limited geography practice teaching resources,insufficient teachers’ energy and ability,and students’ lack of certain career planning awareness.Thirdly,based on the above investigation and analysis results,this thesis puts forward specific strategies for the infiltration of career education in senior geography practice teaching.Students themselves need to strengthen the active awareness,actively obtain career-related information,actively participate in geographical practice activities,do a good job in career planning;At the level of teachers,learning should be strengthened to improve their own educational ability,curriculum resources should be rationally used to explore diversified geography practice teaching forms,and students should be evaluated dynamically by multiple evaluation methods.At the school level,it is necessary to improve the management system,strengthen teacher training and build a diverse practice environment.In order to realize the effective penetration of career education in geography practice teaching through coordination and cooperation of all parties.Fourthly,based on the research content of this topic,specific practical teaching cases are designed for different types of geographical practice activities,in order to provide reference for geography teachers to infiltrate career education and enrich the relevant content of geographical practice teaching.
