Sem Model Construction And Application Research Of Valuation In Education Industry Listed Companies

Education and training industry in China has developed rapidly in recent years.There has been a lot of varying scale and kinds of education and training enterprises.Some of them which are successful have attracted a lot of venture capital, so far therehas been13education groups go public overseas. After listing, many education groupsappeared some sort of problems, like loss, be downgraded, m&a problems etc. Nowhow to identify the position in the fast-growing market and the establish a mature andhealthy mode of operation for the education and training enterprises has became thefocus of the attention of consumers, investors and scholars in the field. This article setit as a starting point, aim for enhancing corporate value, focus on the factors whichimpact listed Education Groups enterprise value, use structural equation analysis as atool, establish the system of listed Education Groups valuation. By analyzing theEducation Group valuation, we can get the operation-optimize suggestion.This article builds the index system of the corporate valuation basing on theprinciple of selecting index, sets5latent variables which are profitability, grow, safety,equity expansion ability and share price log, and1latent dependent variable which iscompany value. It aims at the idea of factorial discriminant analysis, use structureequation, and introduce PLS to build the company valuation model. Then by the73samples of listed education groups financial data, the valuation can be analyzed. Theresult of the model shows that the profitability, equity expansion ability and safetyeffects the value of listed education groups greatly.From the result of the model, the suggestions which are increasing the financialsafety, enhancing the shareholder value and increasing the profitability can be raised.
