| Project-based learning focuses on cultivating students’ literacy and ability,and micro-project learning is a new teaching method developed based on project-based learning which is also based on real situations under which students work together in groups,aiming to acquire both knowledge and abilities.This kind of method has the characteristics of being tiny and flexibility,which is more proper for the classroom teaching,and thus can be regarded as a new direction of the teaching."4C skills",also known as "4C skills",is short for critical thinking skills,communication skills,collaboration skills,and innovation and creativity."4C ability" as an essential general ability is particularly important in the development of students.According to the characteristics of micro project learning that can cultivate students ’multiple abilities,this study uses micro project learning to cultivate students’ "4C ability".This study uses literature analysis method to understand the current research situation of project learning,micro-project learning and "4C ability",and it also defines relevant concepts,and analyzes the support and guidance of constructivism theory,pragmatism theory and discovery learning theory.The survey and research method were adopted to understand the teaching status of micro-projects in the internship school as well as students’ "4C ability" ability.Later,the interview results on teachers and that on students’ "4C ability" level were analyzed to provide support for the design of micro-project learning with the purpose to cultivate students’ "4C ability".On this basis,combining with the training requirements of "4C ability" and micro project learning elements and characteristics and the basis and principles,the design of the project should follow the theme selection,goal establishment,content planning,process record,achievement display,evaluation design,preview project,team planning project,task planning decomposition project,project implementation project,achievement report complete project,evaluation reflection summary project implementation process of micro project learning training students "4C ability" theoretical model.According to the theoretical model,three micro-project cases of "sodium fire fighting","exploring pine expansion agent" and "exploring iron filling agent" were designed for teaching practice in a middle school in Yinchuan,and with the help of students ’self-evaluation form,group cooperation and mutual evaluation table and teachers’ classroom observation scale to evaluate students’ learning.After the practice,the students’ learning content test and"4C ability" level survey were conducted to test the practice effect,and the instructors were interviewed to know their feelings about the teaching practice of the study,so as to get relevant suggestions.The results show that after the design of "4C ability" micro project learning,students’subjective evaluation on their "4C ability" is significantly higher than before,and their abilities of organizing and applying knowledge in the micro project learning under which knowlede is closely related and is of situation.Based on diversified evaluation of classroom teaching,students can get timely learning feedback and improve their learning behavior,which thus indicates that the design of the micro project learning and evaluation of this study can effectively promote students ’learning and develop students’ability. |
