| Primary school students are the hope and future of the country,their moral ability level directly affects the development level and civilization level of the country and the nation in the future.Primary school is the key period to cultivate individual moral ability,is an important stage to improve the individual moral concept,the strength of the moral ability of primary school students will affect whether they have good moral behavior in daily life.Today,with the rapid development of reform and opening up and socialist market economy,primary school students are impacted by the value diversification and face a lot of moral confusion,which leads to the lack of their moral ability,and then there are many worrying moral conflicts and moral anomies.Therefore,it is an important content of civic moral construction to train elementary students’ moral ability.In this paper,on the basis of sorting out the current situation of research on the cultivation of primary and secondary school students’ moral ability at home and abroad,the cultivation of primary and secondary school students’ moral ability in class life is studied,which is divided into the following parts.First of all,outline the moral ability of pupils.The moral ability of primary school students consists of their moral cognition ability,moral judgment ability,moral choice ability,moral practice ability and moral reflection ability.The development of primary school students’ moral ability has the characteristics of heteronomy,self-discipline and gradual development in their moral cognition,and the coexistence of stability and change,passivity and initiative,common and particularity in their moral behavior.Cultivating pupils’ moral ability is beneficial to constructing socialist harmonious society,solving pupils’ moral anomie,improving pupils’ interpersonal communication ability and developing pupils’ physical and mental health.Secondly,what are the benefits of class life to the cultivation of pupils’ moral ability?This part has carried on the discussion,the class life is composed of the class teaching life,the class communication activity life,the class education practice life three elements,has the daily,social,emotional and educational characteristics.Interpersonal communication in class life is the source of moral ability cultivation,value selection is the foundation of moral ability cultivation,living space is the soil of moral ability cultivation,spiritual culture is the motivation of moral ability cultivation.Class life provides important carrier,important others and important practice for cultivating primary school students’ moral ability.Then through the questionnaire survey of primary school students and the form of the interview with the head teacher,the development of moral ability of 280 primary school students in Yinchuan city was investigated.The present situation is found as follows:first,primary school students have good moral cognition ability;second,their moral judgment ability is poor;third,their moral choice ability is poor;fourth,their moral practice ability needs to be improved;fifth,their moral reflection ability is unsatisfactory.At the same time,it is found that the factors that affect the development of pupils’ moral ability in class life mainly include the influence of peers,teachers,class culture and class activities.Based on the above investigation on the status quo and influencing factors of moral ability development of primary and secondary school students in class life,this study puts forward the following countermeasures to cultivate primary and secondary school students’ moral ability in class life.First,attach importance to the comprehensive cultivation of primary school students’ moral ability,which is reflected in the cultivation of moral judgment ability,moral choice ability,moral practice ability and moral reflection ability.Second,to guide the establishment of good interpersonal relations,reflected in the creation of class friendly atmosphere,guide the interpersonal communication of primary school students,play the role of peer group as an example;Third,teachers improve their own quality,reflected in giving full play to the role of "setting an example",teachers establish the concept of equality,teachers improve education "forward-looking";Fourthly,give full play to the education function of class culture,which is reflected in the establishment of class material culture with moral education connotation,the establishment of class rules conducive to the moral development of students,and the cultivation and sublimation of class spirit;Fifthly,excavate the moral education value of class activities,which is reflected in stimulating the cultivation value of emotional ability of class activities and growing together with students in activities. |
