In recent years,campus bullying incidents have been repeatedly banned,which has seriously affected the physical and mental health of students and the development of sound personality,which has aroused widespread concern from all walks of life.As a fertile ground for educating people,schools should pay attention to guiding students to establish friendly interpersonal relationships,so it is imperative to carry out friendliness education and cultivatethe friendliness quality of pupils.Friendliness is an important quality of interpersonal communication.Friendliness is the stable tendency or characteristic of the individual to show kindness to people and get along with each other in accordance with the requirements of social ethics.Specifically,it contains three contents:showing good intentions in the sense of friendliness,right and wrong;showing kindness and psychological compatibility in friendliness emotions;showing altruism and harmonious coexistence in friendliness behavior.It affects the development of interpersonal relationships.Only with friendliness qualities can people be close and harmonious.The friendliness of primary school students is the foundation of a good relationship between students and students,which mainly presents the following characteristics.The awareness of friendliness of primary school students is developing,and the development of friendliness emotions needs to be improved.At the same time,friendliness behaviors have limitations.In school education,class life is composed of class members,not fully dependent on classroom life,and the educational practice field that focuses on the value of student life,mainly including class teaching life,class cultural life and class activity life,has a unique Educational value.Class life is an important soil for the cultivation of primary school students' friendliness qualities and provides important others for the cultivation of primary school students' friendliness qualities.Class culture is an important carrier for the cultivation of primary school students' friendliness qualities.Class activities are also an effective way to cultivate primary school students' friendliness qualities.Therefore,cultivating the friendliness quality of pupils based on class life is an important educational approach.In this paper,a questionnaire survey and classroom observation were used to investigate the development of the friendliness quality of 302 elementary school students in Xi'an and Yuncheng.The analysis found that there are the following problems.First,the understanding of right and wrong is not in place.Second,the development of friendliness emotions is not ideal.Third,the motivation of friendliness behaviors shows a utilitarian tendency.At the same time,the survey found that the factors that affect the development of the friendliness quality of pupils in class life mainly include peer group factors,teacher factors,class culture factors,and class activity factors.Based on the problems found in the above survey,this study proposes the following countermeasures to foster the friendliness quality of primary school students in class life.First of all,attach great importance to friendliness education and right and wrong education.Second,pay attention to the establishment of good peer group relations,which is reflected in actively responding to student conflicts;guiding students to establish a correct outlook on communication.Third,give full play to the role of the main channel of teaching life,which is reflected in the effective penetration of friendliness education based on subject teaching;pay attention to the unfriendly behaviors caused by teaching life;strengthen cooperative learning and create friendliness exchanges between students.Then,consciously create a friendliness atmosphere of class life.Specific countermeasures include optimizing the class cultural environment;actively guiding students' public opinion.Finally,organize and carry out various types of class activities,including effective implementation of friendliness education activities according to the gradient;carry out various kinds of friendliness theme activities;pay attention to daily development,and carry out "a good deed".
