Nowadays,as the traditional medical model is gradually changing to the physiology-psychology-social medical model,hospitals are paying more and more attention to the humanistic care of patients and their families.Medical social work has increasingly highlighted its own advantages in the practice of humanistic care in hospitals and has become an irreplaceable important force in medical care.Compared with other ordinary children,children with physical disabilities in orthopaedic wards have a relatively long hospital stay,higher postoperative nursing requirements,long physical rehabilitation cycle for children,and more problems and demands will be generated during hospitalization due to the lack of their own activity ability.Groups of children with physical disabilities tend to have more problems and needs during hospitalization.First of all,the strangeness of the ward environment and the anxiety and fear of the surgery and treatment to be received;Secondly,the reduction of peer group support,during hospitalization are unfamiliar strangers,few children take the initiative to meet new friends,peer interpersonal communication during hospitalization is basically zero;The third family has financial difficulties and spends a lot on hospitalization;Parents lack knowledge of disease and nursing knowledge;Finally,access to follow-up medical information is difficult.Therefore,how to provide accurate professional services to physically disabled children from difficult families,so that they can adjust to the best state to cope with disease,actively cooperate with treatment,and bravely face surgery is an urgent problem for medical social workers to solve.This article to hospitalization limb disabled children group as the research object,with general process model as a professional social work intervention in steps,in order to meet the director needs as the goal,use case management method for its design package type package service plan,the integrated use of a variety of means of service,professional collaboration with different disciplines,different resource links,Jointly help the client to solve problems,meet his multiple needs,help the client to recover self-confidence,promote the client’s repressed potential,enhance the ability to actively explore and utilize resources,and deal with the life event of hospitalization with a positive attitude.Study found that case management model for difficult family body for disabled children in the hospital during the period of service is a very effective means of intervention and effective response to the director of the multiple requirements and difficulties,integrating multiple resources,hospital and society to improve service efficiency,at the same time exercise,medical social worker case management ability,improve the level of hospital service,The disadvantages are the ambiguity of the service object boundary of case management in the ward environment,the difference in role expectation of medical social workers from team members,and the client’s over-dependence on social workers.Therefore,in order to improve the intervention effect of case management,we can try to explore the hierarchical follow-up and grading system of case management,strengthen social work education,publicity and promotion of social work practice,rational use of limited medical resources and other methods to improve the effect of case management.
