Guzheng ensemble began in the 1980s and gradually rose in the 1990s.In recent years,under the background of adhering to cultural self-confidence and carrying forward Chinese traditional culture,all kinds of Guzheng orchestras emerged as time requires.After eight years of practice and exploration,the Guzheng Orchestra of Yangzhou University as the only professional Guzheng Orchestra in Yangzhou,the hometown of Guzheng,has been invited to perform in the concert of the 2500 anniversary of the founding of Yangzhou City in 2015,the concert for praising the heroes in 2021,which is a special concert of the Guzheng Orchestra among the national art colleges and universities,and has been highly appreciated by audiences and professionals at home and abroad.The author believes that analyzing of the formation and development process of the Guzheng Orchestra of Yangzhou University has an enlighting effect for the development of China’s Guzheng orchestra.Based on the special meaning of the Guzheng Orchestra of Yangzhou University to China’s Guzheng Orchestra,this paper combs the process of teaching in practice of the ensemble"Dream Back to Lin’an",analyzes and discusses the process of teaching in practice and the management status of the Guzheng Orchestra of Yangzhou University,and puts forward feasible implementation suggestions for the better development of Guzheng orchestra.The article is divided into four parts.In the first part,the author discusses the actual development of the Guzheng Orchestra of Yangzhou University at this stage by combing the history of development of the Guzheng Orchestra and analyzing its teachers and members.The second part is the specific teaching practice scheme and feedback of the Guzheng Orchestra of Yangzhou University.This part sorts out the teaching implementation process through the teaching practice of the ensemble "Dream Back to Lin’an",and then summarizes the teaching practice feedback from the perspectives of both teachers and members.The third part takes the teaching practice of ensemble "Dream Back to Lin’an" as an example based on the author’s personal experience in the practical performance of the Guzheng Orchestra to analyze and discuss the reasons why the Guzheng Orchestra of Yangzhou University lacks competitive advantage and is difficult to get out of school.It also summarizes practical problems such as the gap of performance ability and lack of cooperation of members.In the fourth part,the author puts forward the enlightenment of the teaching practice of the Guzheng Orchestra of Yangzhou University from three aspects:strengthening theoretical learning,reasonable curriculum and strengthening teaching quality.The author also analyzes and discusses the necessity and feasibility of the development of the Guzheng Orchestra of Yangzhou University,and defines the direction of talent cultivation and the characteristics of Guzheng Orchestra of Yangzhou University from the perspective of the regional advantages of "hometown of Guzheng" and the regional market advantages of the Guzheng Orchestra of Yangzhou University.By summarizing the above research in this paper,we look forward to enhancing the influence of Guzheng Orchestra of Yangzhou University and hope it to have better development prospects.
