| STSE is the English acronym of Science-Technology-Society-Environment,meaning science,technology,society and environment.In the “ Curriculum Standards for General High School Physics(2017 Edition)”,the core literacy of physics is proposed,which includes four dimensions,namely,physical concepts,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry,scientific attitude and responsibility.For the scientific attitude and responsibility target dimension,clearly put forward new requirements,to let students understand the relationship between science,technology,society,environment,protect the environment,save resources,have the responsibility to promote sustainable development.Through the author ’ s research,it is found that the concept of STSE education has the characteristics of integration,openness,interactivity,development,humanism and diversity,and the textbooks have STSE columns,including learning resources in science,technology,society,environment and other fields.Making full use of STSE education concept and STSE columns in textbooks in teaching can meet the teaching requirements of ’ ordinary high school physics curriculum standard(2017 edition)’ in cultivating students ’ sense of responsibility for promoting sustainable development in science,technology,society and environment.Therefore,this paper explores how to use the concept of STSE education to cultivate students ’ sense of responsibility for sustainable development in high school physics teaching by using the example of ’ cosmic navigation ’.Firstly through literature analysis,to understand the development process and frontier of STSE education concept.This paper studies the teaching resources of STSE column in physics textbooks published in 2004 and 2019.Secondly,interviews and questionnaires were conducted on high school teachers in Tongliao,and questionnaires were conducted on students.Through the investigation,it is found that teachers ’ teaching and students ’ concept mainly have the following six characteristics :(1)In classroom teaching,STSE column is ignored;(2)In teaching,students lack discussion on sustainable development;(3)Teachers pay attention to students ’ achievements and do not attach importance to cultivating students ’ sense of responsibility for sustainable development;(4)students have unclear understanding of their responsibility to promote sustainable development;(5)students yearn for diversified teaching classes;(6)Students can realize that physical knowledge is related to science,technology,society and environment.Finally,select the " space navigation " this section of high school physics lesson practice,express the author in the classroom,how to use STSE education concept to cultivate students ’ sense of responsibility for sustainable development.In the teaching process,the participatory teaching method is selected to highlight the dominant position of students,and four teaching steps are given to cultivate students ’ sense of responsibility for sustainable development.In the summary part,it puts forward some teaching suggestions for high school physics teachers to use STSE education concept to cultivate students ’ sense of responsibility for sustainable development. |
