Under the pressure of college entrance examination,physics education in senior high school focuses too much on the establishment of knowledge structure and how to get high scores in exams,which separates science from technology,society and the environment,and neglects the cultivation of scientific literacy such as scientific thoughts and scientific inquiry.This is not conductive to the overall development of students.Science-Technology-Society-Environment education believes that science,technology,society and environment are an organism whole interrelated and influenced each other.The purpose of STSE education is to improve students' scientific literacy and cultivate new citizens with correct values,world outlook and a sense of sustainable development.Through the investigation and research on the current situation of STSE teaching in high school physics,I try to find out the possible factors influencing STSE teaching practice,and put forward some methods to promote the implementation of STSE teaching in high school physics and improve students' key competencies of physics.On the basis of consulting a large quantity of concerning literature materials,the generation and development of STSE education are tracked,and the concepts related to STSE education in high school physics are defined.After that,this thesis discusses the necessity and feasibility of high school physics STSE education in depth.And the content of high school physics STSE education is analyzed in detail.In order to better carry out STSE teaching practice in high school physics,a questionnaire survey is conducted to physics teachers and students to understand the students' key competences of physics and their understanding of STSE education in Youxian No.1 Middle School.The investigation shows that:(1)the students in Youxian No.1 Middle School have a better STSE awareness,but the scientific literacy is weak,and the students are eager to study STSE;(2)the teaching model of physics STSE in Youxian No.1 Middle School is single and the implementation is not in place;(3)the main reasons that hinder the implementation of physics STSE teaching are the lack of relevant resources and excessive class pressure.In this case,this thesis puts forward four kinds of effective ways to promote physical STSE teaching.New lessons in physics,physical exercises,physics inquiry experiment and physics fun activities are carried out for the STSE teaching,then a brief analysis was made combined with four typical teaching.After one year of physics STSE teaching practice,students have become more interested in physics.Their academic performance has improved,and the sense of STSE has been strengthened.At the same time,the theoretical level and practical ability of teachers have been improved,and the teaching concepts also havebeen changed..
