A Study On The Ideological And Political Education Function Of Junior Middle School Students’ Labor Education In The New Era

In the new era,labor education has been paid more and more attention by the country.However,due to some problems in the current labor education of junior middle school students,the ideological and political education function of labor education has not been effectively played.Therefore,it is necessary to find the problems,analyze the causes and explore the practice path.This paper first summarizes the basic theoretical problems of ideological and political education function of labor education.Secondly,it analyzes the particularity of junior middle school students’ labor education from three aspects of physiology,psychology and ideology and morality,and on this basis,it re-understands labor education from four aspects: the view of labor,the feeling of labor,the will of labor,and the transformation of people through labor.Thirdly,by means of questionnaires and interviews with teachers,the difficulties of the current labor education for junior middle school students are mainly manifested in the following four aspects: parents’ inadequate implementation of labor education for their children,Labor education curriculum and teachers are not complete,labor education implementation lack of site funds,labor education subject failed to form a joint force and so on.Analysis of the main reasons are the family understanding of labor education is not correct,the implementation of labor education in schools is not in place,social security mechanism is not perfect,the government failed to give full play to the overall role.Finally,from the family to establish the correct concept of labor education,strengthen the construction of family tradition and words and deeds to strengthen the basic role of the family,the school through changing the concept of labor education educators,improve the curriculum design of labor education,strengthen the construction of labor education teachers,improve the evaluation mechanism of labor education to play the leading role of the school.The society should make use of the network platform to do a good job of publicity and guidance,improve the social security system of labor education to play a supporting role of the society,and the government should put forward solutions from four aspects: coordinating the efforts of home,school and society and promoting the sharing of labor education resources to play the overall role of the government.
