With the continuous development of China’s economy,people are more and more aware of the importance of education.Preschool education plays a fundamental role in the development of people’s life.In recent years,parents’ competition for high-quality preschool education resources has caused a serious phenomenon of "difficult,expensive and even more difficult to enter a good kindergarten".Because the development of preschool education in China started late,no matter from the perspective of laws and regulations,or clear investment standards,preschool education lacks strong policy support.On the whole,the allocation of preschool education resources in China shows great regional differences.Public and private preschool education have their own advantages in different types of education resources.The rational allocation of educational resources is the premise and necessary guarantee of the development of preschool education,and also the premise of the fair development of preschool education.China’s preschool education is a management system of "local responsibility,hierarchical management".It is of great practical significance to study the allocation of preschool education resources at the county level.Based on the basic situation of the development of preschool education in China,this paper takes the allocation of preschool education resources in Santai County as the research object,aiming to provide optimization suggestions for the allocation of preschool education resources in Santai County.The specific research ideas are as follows: first of all,read a lot of academic research on the allocation of preschool education resources at home and abroad,to understand the existing research results on the rational allocation of preschool education resources at home and abroad.Secondly,it introduces the concepts related to the allocation of preschool education resources and the theory of education equity,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.Thirdly,starting from the actual situation of preschool education resource allocation in Santai County,this paper summarizes the current situation,finds out the existing problems,and analyzes the causes of the problems.Finally,in reference to the optimization path and relevant policies and regulations of preschool education resource allocation at home and abroad,and combined with the actual situation of Santai County,this paper puts forward some reasonable suggestions for the unbalanced allocation of preschool education resources in Santai County.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: first,improve the relevant laws and regulations on the allocation of preschool education resources,provide legal basis for the healthy development of preschool education,establish the policy of special funds for preschool education,and ensure the healthy development of preschool education and the fairness of school-age children’s enjoyment of educational resources.Second,we should make overall allocation of preschool education teacher resources,promote teaching by teaching,increase reasonable and effective training for teachers,and optimize the teaching staff.We should improve the treatment of teachers and establish a high-quality and stable team of preschool teachers.Third,the government should increase the investment in the per student funds of preschool education,and establish a special policy for the transfer of funds for preschool education,so as to avoid the shortage of funds for preschool education in the process of "secondary allocation".We should increase the support for private preschool education to ensure the healthy development of high-quality private preschool education.Fourth,we should establish a platform to integrate the material resources of public pre-school education in villages and towns,share the material resources,avoid the uneven distribution of existing material resources,and accurately improve the school running conditions.In a word,there are still many deficiencies in the allocation of preschool education resources in Santai County,which need joint efforts from many aspects to lay the foundation for the healthy and fair development of preschool education in Santai County.
