College students volunteer service is an important means of practice education in colleges and universities,which has incomparable advantages in the practice of carrying out the fundamental task of foster virtue through education in colleges and universities.It is not only a new attempt to cultivate all-round and high-quality talents,but also an important channel for colleges and universities to serve the society and an effective way for college students to educate themselves.Therefore,using the law of education and scientific way to strengthen college students volunteer service behavior intention,through study the behavior of college students to participate in volunteer service mode,analysis the path of the relationship of factors influencing college students to participate in volunteer service behavior,in order to better explain and predict the behavior of college students to participate in volunteer service intention and actual behavior,motivate students engaged in volunteer service action,in order to promote the implementation of moral education in colleges and universities and the development of voluntary service,achieve all-round cultivating high-quality talents.On the basis of literature collection and collation,this study takes the theory of planned behavior(TPB)as the basic framework,adds the dimension of "cognition",expands the theoretical model,designs the questionnaire of this study,and discusses the relationship between relevant factors affecting college students’ group volunteer service behavior.Through a sample survey of college students across the country,804 questionnaires with valid samples were used for correlation analysis.Structural equation modeling was used to test the research model.Descriptive statistical analysis,exploratory factor analysis,confirmatory factor analysis,mediating effect analysis,hypothesis testing and so on were conducted on the data,finally come to the conclusion of this research.(1)College students’ attitude towards voluntary service have a significant positive impact on their voluntary service intention,college students’ subjective norms towards voluntary service have a significant positive impact on their voluntary service intention,college students’ perceived behavior control towards voluntary service have a significant positive impact on their voluntary service intention,the college students volunteer service behavioral intention can be predicted volunteer service behavior.(2)College students’ Cognition towards voluntary service have a significant positive impact on their voluntary service attitude,college students’ Cognition towards voluntary service have a significant positive impact on their voluntary service subjective norms,college students’ Cognition towards voluntary service have a significant positive impact on their voluntary service perceived behavior control,college students’ Cognition towards voluntary service have no direct impact on their voluntary service behavior.(3)This study confirmed that attitude,subjective norms and perceived behavioral control,as mediating variables,have significant causal mediating effects on cognition and behavior.The findings of this study are helpful for colleges and universities to clarify the influence mechanism of college students’ voluntary service cognition on voluntary service behavior,and try to create a positive and healthy environment for college students to participate in voluntary service,promote college students to participate in voluntary service actively,and realize the purpose of practical education in colleges and universities. |
