Abstract/Summary:
With the development of the times,the core competition among countries has changed from economic level to talent advantage.Therefore,cultivating comprehensively developed people with key competencies has become an education goal that all countries are striving to achieve.Evaluation is a vital part of curriculum reform.If we want to make the new round of curriculum reform in our country go smoothly,it is necessary to reform the evaluation to better adapt to the needs of our society.The importance of the concept of life as the most disciplinary characteristic of the core literacy of biology is self-evident.Among them,the "matter and energy concept" explains the laws of operation at all levels of the life system,and the "matter and energy concept"contained in it is the basis of the concept of life.Therefore,this article focuses on the"matter and energy concept" and conducts research on its evaluation.First-line teachers evaluate students’ "matter and energy concept" to provide reference.This article is roughly divided into seven parts.First,introduce the research background of this research,design the research plan,and clarify purpose,significance,content,methods and ideas of this research.Secondly,use the literature research method to summarize the relevant research status of key competencies,life concept and "matter and energy concept" evaluation at home and abroad,discuss the feasibility and necessity of this research.Third,combined with the previous analysis of the connotation of "matter and energy concept" and the high school biology teaching practice,construct "matter and energy concept" evaluation framework,clarify "matter and energy concept" evaluation index and evaluation level division,and lay a foundation for the subsequent propositions basis.Fourth,using the case analysis method,select the national college entrance examination papers,the test questions of the international large-scale academic evaluation projects and the mainstream American textbook "Biology·The Dynamics of Life",and examine the text questions from multiple dimensions,such as the level of investigation,setting of context,openness and evaluation standards,to get propositional enlightenment.Fifth,explore the basis,requirements,framework and process of the propositions,to guide the proposition of test questions.Combining the basic knowledge of the subject,develop the high school biology "matter and energy concept" test paper that meets the ideals and requirements of the times,and continuously modify and improve the test questions through the expert consultation method.Sixth,the tested and corrected test papers were distributed to three schools of different levels in Hubei Province for testing,and the Rasch model was used to obtain the difficulty of the test questions,the degree of discrimination,the standard residual diagram,the White diagram,the item fit,error statistics and bubble chart,to find out questionable test questions and modify them.At the same time,use SPSS to perform statistical analysis on the data to understand the development level of students’ "matter and energy concept" and their performance,so as to provide reference for how to evaluate and cultivate students’"matter and energy concept" for frontline teachers in teaching.Finally,summarize and reflect on this research.Through the above research,the following results and conclusions are drawn:①The evaluation framework of "matter and energy concept" of high school biology has been constructed.②When setting up the questions of the "matter and energy concept" in high school biology,the situation should be true,novel and clear,centering on the reality of students’ lives;the way of presentation of the questions should be diversified to stimulate students’ interest in answering;the questions should be set around the situation and important concepts,and appropriately increase the openness;the level of inspection should be evenly distributed to evaluate students at different levels;the test questions should be formulated with scientific and reasonable scoring standards.③Formed a scientific and reasonable high school biology "matter and energy concept" evaluation tool.④The development level of the "matter and energy concept" of ordinary high school students needs to be improved.⑤Scientific writing are conducive to investigating students’ "matter and energy concept".
