The prominent contradictions of school education in China is people's common requirements of high quality,high level of personalized education service and insufficient supply of high quality education resources.The innovation of high-level balanced education resources supply side and the exploration of high-quality education service mode have become the challenges faced by the reform and development of school education system in China.The supply and service of digital educational resources has always been the key issue of educational digital resources management and educational information management.In April 2018,the Ministry of Education promulgated the Action Plan for Educational Informatization 2.0,pointing out the plan for building large educational resources based on the new generation of information technology,and making clear the change from "educational proprietary resources" to "large educational resources".Research on the supply service mechanism of high-quality digital educational resources is an effective means to change the traditional model of self-production and self-sale of digital educational resources and solve the bottleneck between supply and demand of resources.Based on the practice of educational Informatization,from the perspective of the demand for the main body,the demand for technology and the demand for education,this work aims at two main aspect of educational resources innovation and educational service intelligent supply.Through Internet plus education crowd financing mechanism,this work studies the supply mode of digital educational resources that integrates the crowd financing mechanism and the full range of educational resources.At the same time,continuous evolution and iteration of large-scale high-quality education resources can improve the adoption,reliability and aggregation of digital educational resources,and realize the accurate push of education resources for end users.Firstly,the digital educational resource supply mode based on value chain ecology.Aiming at the problem that the existing digital educational resource supply is mainly based on dedicated resources and the quality of resource supply is low,in order to realize the transformation to the Internet-based large educational resources and improve the quality of resource supply,this work puts forward the concept of crowd innovation and crowd funding of educational resource,and introduces the value chain theory and the characteristics of cooperation and openness of crowd innovation and crowd funding.This work constructs a crowd innovation and crowd funding supply model of digital educational resources based on the ecological theory of value chain.Based on the analysis of the ecological environment of digital educational resources service,different related entities such as initiator,supplier,buyer and application consumer trade through the public service platform of digital educational resources,forming a dynamic value-added process of circulation from demand,initiation,funding,supply to consumption,and then forming an organic ecological model value chain of digital educational resources crowd innovation and crowd funding.Secondly,the dynamic production mode of digital educational resources based on knowledge graph.Some prominent problems existed in the production process of current digital educational information resources,such as the repeated use of educational resources,the high difficulty of educational resources management and sharing,the difficulty of mutual operation of educational digital resources among various teaching systems,and the small difference of teaching effect.In order to promote transformation from the resource production from the traditional special teaching materials,teaching plans and auxiliary videos gradually to the fragmented and open mode of knowledge base and component base.This work proposes a dynamic production mode of digital educational resources based on knowledge graph,constructs an ontology based knowledge base of educational digital resources,realizes the dynamic generation of semantic of educational digital resources,and constructs an ordered knowledge chain based aggregation of multiple topic resources with the same topic and highly semantic correlation,so as to realize the transformation from a closed and private educational resource base to a semantic based fine-grained,semantic intensive and semantic integration open component library.Thirdly,digital educational resources trading mode based on the block chain.This work aims at the security and reliability of digital educational resources transaction among different organizations,and it combines education oriented block chain technology with lifelong education resource transaction to construct an digital educational resource transaction and guarantee mode based on block chain,and redesigns the tracking and service mechanism of lifelong education resources in education information center,so that individuals and learners can fully control their power of the record of lifelong education,and prevent the abuse of privacy and information.In this way,they can manage their own records and data,and no longer need to spend extra time and energy,through privacy encryption protection.Reliable digital learning support can provide digital learners and teachers with safe,reliable personalized digital educational resources push notification and learning services.Fourthly,personalized service mode of digital educational resources based on learner portrait.For different types of learners,we collect,locate and discover the inaccuracy and inadequate adaptability of necessary digital educational resources and the poor effect of personalized education services relying on digital educational resources from massive and complex databases and digital educational resources.This work mainly analyzes and portraits students by introducing big data technology,establishes the internal relationship and adaptation between educational digital resources and learners' information resource needs,and then constructs a personalized service mode of digital educational resources based on learners' multi-dimensional label system.Through the portrait of learners' characteristics,excavating and discoveries the appropriate path of various types of digital educational resources services,this work realizes the accurate matching between fine-grained digital educational resources and multi-dimensional learners,and each learner can choose a variety of different digital educational resources for personalized services.Based on the intelligent supply of digital educational resources,this work takes the personalized service of digital education as the breakthrough point,the wisdom science and the new generation of information technology as the innovation driving force,explores the theory and application of the personalized supply service of digital educational resources of crowd innovation and crowd funding,and studies the supply model of digital educational resources,the production mode of educational digital resources,the transaction guarantee mode of educational digital resources,and personalized service mode and other key issues in the supply of educational resources.This work is going to realize the new digital education crowd innovation and crowd funding of personalized service,establish a sustainable personalized education service innovation system,and provide dynamic support for the cultivation and development of China's smart education management and service.
