Digital education resources have become an important means of informatization education and teaching work.Driven by policies related to informatization of national education in recent years,the level of construction and application of digital education resources has increased day by day,but compared with the rapid development of Internet technology and the popularization of intelligent teaching equipment.There is still a big gap in the demand for digital education resources among teachers and students.Through literature research and current situation analysis,this article summarizes the problems of digital education resource construction into three aspects:supply-side problems,organization and management problems,and reuse and dissemination problems.With the goal of building a resource co-construction and sharing system proposed in the "Education Informationization 2.0 Action Plan" and promoting the transformation of"special educational resources" to "educational resources",this article analyzes and summarizes the strategies and functions needed to realize the interconnection of educational resources,Proposed a framework for the interconnection and interoperability of education resources.The three aspects of the above-mentioned problems were solved in the framework and constituted three levels in the framework:interconnection strategies at the data level,interconnection strategies at the knowledge level,and interconnection at the application level.Interworking strategy.Finally,combining the background of the project,the framework is concretely implemented in the design and function development of the education resource platform.The data layer of framework is responsible for solving resource supply side problems.The core idea of the data layer strategy is the integration of resource indexes.The unified integrated index realizes the logical connection of resources,that is,the access to the Unicom platform resource library is realized through the unified integrated index.Under the premise of changing the physical storage of resources,eliminate the phenomenon of"information islands" and "information barriers" on the resource platform,and realize the interconnection and intercommunication of resource data.The knowledge layer of the framework is responsible for solving the problem of resource organization and management,referring to the knowledge graph to link the ideas of knowledge to each other to form the association of resources and knowledge systems,building a resource-knowledge interconnection network,linking resource logic to knowledge points,and realizing the knowledge point system structure The new resource organization and management model of the classified catalog provides a structural basis for accurate resource retrieval and other intelligent and personalized services,eliminates the "information trek" phenomenon caused by the limitations of traditional resource organization and management,and realizes the interconnection of resources at the knowledge level.The application layer of framework is responsible for solving the problem of resource reuse and dissemination,open resource access services provide a better resource coconstruction and sharing environment,and link various educational resource-based intelligent services provided by different educational applications to provide a personalized and intelligent resource-oriented process.The construction of customized services reduces development pressure and provides data and technical support.Through more accurate resource retrieval and smarter personalized recommendation,the utilization rate of resources is improved,and the phenomenon of high-quality resources being obliterated and most resources wasted is reduced,so as to realize the utilization of resources at the application level.interconnection.
