Research On The Function Of Accurate Funding For Education In Chinese Universities

The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out the need to "prioritize the development of education" and emphasized that education is a century-old plan for national rejuvenation and national prosperity.As an important part of the development of education,financial aid for college students not only guarantees the right of students from poor families to receive higher education,but also helps promote the fair development of higher education in my country.At the same time,as targeted poverty alleviation has become the guiding ideology of my country’s poverty alleviation and development work,student funding is no longer limited to the material level.It will accurately solve the material problems of students with financial difficulties from families with psychological counseling,ability improvement and character shaping,and will provide targeted funding.Combining with the function of educating people,and focusing on improving the function of precision funded education of colleges and universities,has become an inevitable requirement of the times.This article uses literature analysis,case analysis and other research methods,combined with typical cases of various colleges and universities funding education work during the new crown pneumonia epidemic,and is divided into five parts to analyze the functions of colleges and universities to accurately fund education.The first part combs and defines the basic concepts of funding and funding for education,precision funding and precision funding for education,funding for education and precision funding for education.The second part studies the theoretical basis of the function of precision funding for educating people.It is based on Marxist theory and General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions,supplemented by Western theories about equal opportunities and education equity,to consolidate the theoretical basis of this article.The third part specifically analyzes the main content and characteristics of the precise funding education function of universities.First of all,start with "help the poor,support the mind,support the wisdom,support the will",and can specifically summarize the function of precision funding education of universities as accurately solving students’ material difficulties,accurately guiding students’psychological problems,accurately improving students’ ability and literacy,and accurately training students’ character four aspects of ambition;Secondly,it summarizes the characteristics of systemicity,scientificity and stability from the three aspects of the content,measures and efficacy of the precise funded education function.The fourth part starts with the historical development of the function of precision funded education in my country’s universities,and takes the tuition reform of higher education in my country as a clue.It is divided into three periods to examine the historical evolution of the function of precision funded education in my country’s universities,combined with my country’s current The social background of my country’s colleges and universities analyzes the real dilemma and reasons of the function of precision funding for education.The fifth part starts from the work concept,principle,mechanism and specific ways,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to enhance the function of precision funded education of Chinese universities.
