After the reform and opening up,small groups of self-employed businessmen from rural to urban areas appeared in urban society. In the existing studies, scholars’descriptions of the concept of fellow industry are the closest to this group. They mainly regard this relationship with rural social networks and being engaged in the same industry as an economic model, but these studies ignore the internal problems.Micro interaction. Therefore, this article attempts to start from the microscopic interpersonal perspective to study how the special interpersonal relationships in this group are formed and changed. What kind of wisdom in small-group cooperation is reflected by changes in intra-group relationships and specific interpersonal interactions? This article selects a small group operating a clothing store from C Village in Xiangbei to Xi’an as the main object of analysis. This article takes the change state of interpersonal relationships within a small group as the main axis to analyze the different characteristics of interpersonal states at different stages. At the same time, the specific interaction is described in detail from the perspective of two inter-embedding of emotion embedded interest and interest embedded emotion. This article is based on the survival wisdom theory constructed by Mr.Deng Zhenglai, and regards this kind of small group cooperation with the characteristics of mutual embedding of emotions and interests as a kind of Chinese native interpersonal wisdom. Therefore, this article further explores the interpersonal wisdom displayed among members through the study of interpersonal relationships and strategic interactions in small groups of self-employed individuals. From the perspective of interpersonal relationships within the group, interpersonal relationships among members enter different stages as the interaction deepens. From "surface interpersonal" to "one-way interest relationship",eventually a mixed interpersonal relationship of emotion and interest is formed between the two. From the perspective of specific interpersonal interaction, the interaction between members of the group embodies the mutual embedding of emotional and interest relationships. The existence of credit goods, money sharing and technical exchanges and interactions among members reflect the influence of the emotions between members on the pursuit of interests. The pursuit of economic interests by members has reshaped the behaviors of courtesy and mutual assistance that were originally based on emotion and trust.Local emotions and the pursuit of economic benefits are embedded in each other, and strategic interactions are carried out on this basis. Before an individual enters a group, the main factor that supports the cooperation between the two parties is the local emotion, but it is not purely emotional, and it also contains the expectation of interest that the other party will return in the future.Individuals and members of the group expressed their personal willingness to open a store based on the familiar "surface relationship" of the local area, and the members of the group agreed and began to help them open the store. At this time, the relationship between the two parties turned to a "one-way benefit" relationship in which individuals benefited unilaterally. The specific interaction between the two parties is dominated by group members, who help individuals go to the market to credit goods and conduct technical exchanges with individuals before opening a store. After an individual enters a group, the main factor that supports the continuation of group cooperation is the need to continue to maintain emotions and continue to obtain benefits. The members formally launched economic cooperation and mutually beneficial cooperation, thus forming a mixed "emotion-benefit" relationship. At this time, the emotional relationship has changed from the local feelings to the deep-seated emotions with interest linkage, and the interest relationship has also changed to the benefits that benefit both parties and carry emotional factors. The specific interactions between members have become more in-depth.In terms of economic cooperation,it is manifested in the sharing of funds and technical exchanges of information communication, and in terms of emotional maintenance,it is manifested in the courtesy exchanges of the practice of human relations and the mutual aid return and exchange of goods in the practice of reciprocity. From the micro-level changes in interpersonal status and strategic interactions,it is found that cooperation within a small group is full of interpersonal wisdom, and members have their own self-cognition and coping rules for the "inter-embedding" of emotional relationships and interest relationships. This kind of wisdom includes two aspects. On the one hand, individuals must grasp the "degree" that does not harm their emotions and interests in their interactions with other members. The behavioral logic embodied is that when pursuing economic benefits, individuals can be unwilling to"suffer" in some aspects, but they must be compensated in other aspects;when emphasizing emotional relationships, individuals can be biased towards interacting with someone.Good, but this preference relationship cannot affect the interests of other members. On the other hand, members actively maintain the emotional and interest relationships within the boundaries.Actively maintain the emotional relationship between members through the establishment of "quasi-kin" relationships, which are mainly manifested in the establishment of "brothers" and family-like interactions;actively maintain the interest relationships between members by enabling each member to "equalize interests".In this way,the membership relationship is maintained within a reasonable range of "inter-embedding".
