It is all requested that people should develop their intra-personal intelligence intelligence no matter from the competition of national power to people's full-scale development, and from the outline of the curriculum standards of physics subject.Because there are no unified limits for intra-personal intelligence intelligence at present, in this paper I define intra-personal intelligence intelligence as understanding oneself and the ability of adopting the corresponding behavior strategy in this understanding foundation, according to look up massive literatures as well as my understanding to intra-personal intelligence intelligence. The characteristics of the physics subject and the teaching process provide the possibility for us to develop students' intra-personal intelligence intelligence in the physics teaching in middle school.In this paper I reference the four-standards of intelligence theory raised by David Lazear, to propose four-standards of intra-personal intelligence intelligence, and three-latitude of development. The four-standards are the in hide standard, the consciousness standard, the strategy standard, and the conformity standard. And in this paper I discuss the concrete manifestations and the standard of the four-standard detailtedly, as well as the relationships in the four-standard. The three stages of development are respectively: the first stage--consciousness latitude, the focal point is to awake the intra-personal intelligence intelligence of students, strengthen the desires of students to understand their selves, and let them know which displays and behaviors use this intelligence or the performances of the intra-personal intelligence intelligence in the daily life and study. It is as the students are from unconsciousness to consciousness, from consciously less to even more understand. The second stage--strategy latitude. The focal point is let the students enhance their infra-personal intelligence intelligence through each strategy of intra-personal intelligence and practices of corresponding behavior strategy. It is as letting the strategies of infra-personal intelligence grow out of nothing, from few to many. The third stage--conformity latitude, the focal point is let the students migrates this kind of intra-personal intelligence strategy and the corresponding behavior strategy to their disciplines and finally to the daily life, achieved the purpose of conformity of intelligence and other subject, intelligence and life. It is as letting students use it from physics to other subjects, from physics to life. The major research of this paper is the first two stages. We adopted some ways to develop students' intra-personal intelligence intelligence in the two stages, and it is effective through the practice: the most students have the enhancement in consciousness standards and levels, the most students all have the enhancement in strategy standards and levels. It is also that through the development of intra-personal intelligence intelligence of the grade students ,the students may achieve the different levels of different standards, but all has achieved varying degree promotion of intra-personal intelligence intelligence.
