Talent of The Times armed with scientific theoretical knowledge of the mind,but also need to adapt to the society with high-level thinking ability,with emotional values to build a good future.Learners are no longer rote exam machines,but high-quality talents who need to meet the requirements of The Times construction,have the ability of learning and lifelong learning and face the sustainable development of the future.Deep learning advocates the development of higher-order abilities such as autonomous participation,problem solving,and knowledge construction,thinking development,reflective innovation,transfer application and high-level emotion.The new curriculum reform of our country abandons the undesirable tendency of students to passively accept knowledge,and advocates students’ active participation and construction,so as to exercise their thinking,generate their accomplishment and set up correct values while acquiring knowledge.Therefore,how to adapt to the requirements of the new curriculum reform and improve the classroom teaching mode to promote the occurrence of students’deep learning is a problem that needs to be focused on in the current front-line classroom.With STSE concept as the instruction,construct and the integration of biological disciplines of STSE teaching mode,the education internship during the use of the teaching model for parallel class teaching experiment,through the comparison between the two classes of single point structure(U),the structure of the multi-point level(M),the structure of the associated level(R)and expand the abstract structure level(E)test score results,analysis of STSE teaching mode to promote high school biological effectiveness of deep learning.In the early stage of the study,the subjects were determined by questionnaire and pre-test paper--control class and experimental class;In the middle of the study,the STSE teaching model diagram was constructed,and on this basis,the middle school biology teaching design was carried out,and the teaching practice process of promoting students’ deep learning was implemented.In the later stage of the study,the results of deep learning of students in two classes were tested by post-test paper,and the effects of STSE teaching mode on students’ biological deep learning were analyzed by SPSS data.The results are as follows:after the practical research of STSE teaching mode,the average total score of the experimental class is 22.23,and the average total score of the control class is 19.49.The scores of the experimental class in the four levels of U,M,R and E in the post-test paper are significantly higher than those of the control class(P<0.05).Through practical research,the following conclusions are drawn:①STSE teaching mode is closely related to students’ life,and the teaching results are conducive to students’ memory and deep understanding of knowledge.②STSE teaching mode stimulates students’ initiative,and teaching results are helpful for students to transfer and apply knowledge in new situations.③The STSE teaching model is permeated with emotional values,and the teaching results help students to form core qualities such as social responsibility.The biology teaching mode under the guidance of STSE concept can significantly promote the results of deep biology learning of middle school students.At the end of the paper,we reflect on the improvement of the teaching practice research and look forward to the further research.
