| The 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)clearly states:"Implement the fundamental task of establishing virtue and educating people,develop quality education,and cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness and aesthetics." "As an important carrier of human culture,music is one of the most important means of spreading aesthetic education.Chinese folk music is an important part of China’s excellent traditional culture and an important part of the music curriculum.Through studying,singing and practicing folk music,students will become familiar with and love Chinese folk music culture,enhance their confidence in national culture and cultivate patriotic sentiments.In recent years,with the reform of China’s educational curriculum,the effectiveness of music classes has improved.Singing lessons are an important part of the middle school music classroom,but the results are negligible.In this regard,I conducted a specific investigation and analysis of the current situation of teaching folk songs in junior high school music classes in Changzhou,Jiangsu Province,through literature research,questionnaire survey,individual interview,case analysis,and teaching testing methods.We investigate the teaching issues from teachers,students and so on,and try to propose methods and strategies that can be used in the teaching of folk songs,so that students can better understand the ontological characteristics of folk music and thus improve the teaching effect of middle school singing classes. |
