Objective:To discuss and analyze the effects of semi-squat KAATSU training on the degree of muscle activation of core muscle groups and rating of perceived exertion. To investigate the effects of six weeks of Lower limb KAATSU training combined with high-intensity resistance training on knee isometric strength, the maximum strength of bench press and squat, maximum strength of core muscle group and static endurance, body composition, limb circumference, lower limb vertical jump ability and agility of young female wrestlers.Method:10 young female wrestlers of the Beijing Team were recruited.Under the conditions of KAATSU and un-KAATSU,four groups of half-squat exercises were conducted. The first group was repeated 30 times, and the rest were all repeated15 times, with a load weight of 1RM 30%.A special KAATSU training device was used to fix the KAATSU binding on the middle and upper third of the thigh,in which the binding KAATSU was set at 40 mm Hg and the inflation KAATSU was 180 mm Hg.Four tests were conducted before and after the implementation of the KAATSU training program.Four tests were conducted before and after the implementation of the KAATSU training program. The maximum voluntary contraction of each muscle was measured before and after the test.During the whole exercise, the surface EMG indicators of rectus abdominis, external oblique, erector spine, gluteus maximus, rectus femoris, vastus medialis, semitineus and biceps femoris were collected, and the RMS standard value was calculated for each exercise. After finishing the KAATSU training,a subjective fatigue test was carried out for each group. Before and after the training, the left and right thigh circumference, hip circumference and waist circumference were measured.Twenty-four female wrestlers from Beijing were recruited and randomly divided into three groups with eight athletes in each group for a training experiment three times a week for six weeks. All exercises are the same.Among them,Intervention only for the half squat,3 times a week in the KAATSU group were all low-intensity KAATSU semi-squat training,3times a week in the regular group were all high-intensity semi-squat training, and 2times a week in the combination group were both low-intensity KAATSU semi-squat training and 1 time in the high-intensity semi-squat training. The changes of core muscle group maximal strength and static muscle endurance index, isokinetic muscle strength index, bench press and squat maximum strength index, body composition index, limb circumference index, lower limb longitudinal jump ability and sensitive diathesis index were compared before and after 6 weeks of training.Result:(1)RMSMVC values of external oblique muscle were significantly increased(P <0.05),RMSMVC values of erector spinae and gluteus maximus muscle were significantly decreased(P<0.01),after continuous KAATSU training. The RMSMVC values of obliquus externus abdominis and gluteus maximus muscle were significantly increased and decreased after the training(P<0.05),after intermittent KAATSU training;(2)The standard RMS values of rectus abdominis under continuous KAATSU,intermittent KAATSU and no KAATSU after the end of low-intensity semi-squat exercises were significantly increased(P<0.05),and the standard RMS values of the external oblique and erector spinae under continuous KAATSU were significantly increased(P<0.05).The standard value of RMS was significantly increased before and after intermittent KAATSU(P<0.05).The RMS standard value of semi-healthy muscle was significantly increased in both continuous and interval KAATSU training in the three semi-squat exercises before de-KAATSU(P<0.05).The standard RMS values of biceps femoris muscle were significantly increased with continuous KAATSU during the three half-squatting before de-KAATSU(P<0.05);(3)In the four groups, the standard RMS value of rectus abdominis muscle under continuous KAATSU was significantly higher than that under no KAATSU(P<0.05),the standard RMS value of external oblique muscle and erector ridge muscle under continuous and intermittent KAATSU was significantly higher than that under no KAATSU(P<0.05),and the standard RMS value of gluteus maximus muscle was significantly lower than that under no KAATSU(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the standard RMS values of rectus femoris, vastus medialis, semitendinosus and biceps femoris under continuous and intermittent KAATSU were significantly higher than those under no KAATSU(P<0.05);(4)In the process of continuous and intermittent KAATSU training, the subjective fatigue of the four groups was significantly higher than that before KAATSU(P<0.01),and significantly higher than that before KAATSU after pressure removal(P<0.05).Under the condition of no KAATSU,the subjective fatigue of the four groups increased significantly(P<0.01).The subjective fatigue of the four groups under KAATSU was significantly higher than that under no KAATSU(P<0.05),and the subjective fatigue after KAATSU removal was significantly higher than that under no KAATSU(P<0.05).(5)Left and right thigh circumference were significantly increased after one-time continuous and intermittent KAATSU training(P<0.05);(6)after 6 weeks training, combined with abdominal flexor,Back Extension, and turn to the right of the biggest strength increased significantly(P<0.05),a KAATSU group of abdominal flexor and to the right side of the bend strength increased significantly(P<0.05),the largest group routine abdominal flexor strength increased significantly(P<0.05),in combination with group of waist and back muscle flexor, stretch static endurance were significantly increased(P<0.05),The static endurance of flexion of waist and back muscle muscle in KAATSU group was significantly increased(P<0.05);(7)After 6 weeks of intervention training,at 60°/s angular velocity, the peak flexion moment of left and right knee in the combination group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the peak flexion moment of left knee in the KAATSU group was significantly increased(P<0.05).At 180°/s angular velocity, the right knee extension and left knee flexion peak moments increased significantly in the combination group(P<0.05);(8)After 6 weeks of intervention training, the maximum strength of bench press and squat in combination group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the maximum strength of squat in KAATSU group was significantly increased(P<0.05);(9)After 6 weeks of training, left and right thigh circumference were significantly increased in the combination group(P<0.05),relaxation and tension circumference of left and right arm were significantly increased in the combination group(P<0.05),and relaxation and tension circumference of right arm were significantly increased in the KAATSU group(P<0.05);(10)After 6 weeks of training, the height of half-squat jump and squat jump in combination group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the rate of force development of half-squat jump and squat jump during takeoff was significantly increased(P<0.05).The height of the half-squat jump in KAATSU group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the rate of force development during the half-squat jump was significantly increased(P<0.05).The height of squat jump in the conventional group was significantly increased(P<0.05),and the rate of force development during squat jump was significantly increased(P<0.05).However,the time of the hexagon jump was significantly shortened in all three groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: continuous KAATSU semi-squat exercises have a better training effect on the core muscles of the gluteus maximus, erector spine and rectus femoris, and the activation effect on the thigh muscles of the rectus abdominis, external oblique,Semitendinosus and biceps femoris than intermittent.Continuous KAATSU semi-squat training can cause deeper motor fatigue and greater acute changes in thigh circumference than interval KAATSU training.Combination of lower limb KAATSU training traditional high intensity training is superior to KAATSU training and high intensity resistance training alone in improving the muscle strength of the core area and lower limbs of teenage female wrestlers, and superior to KAATSU training and high intensity resistance training alone in improving the ability of lower limb vertical jump and the rate of force development of vertical jump. The combination of KAATSU training and high intensity training is more conducive to the transfer of training effect than the use of KAATSU training alone.
