As a new strength training means,vibration training can improve the coordination and excitability of the body by changing the vibration frequency and amplitude to improve the training effect of the maximum strength and explosive force of the muscle.Blood flow restriction training(also known as pressure training),invented by Japanese scholar Dr.Sato,is a kind of neuromuscular training method to achieve high intensity training effect by limiting blood flow.The most significant characteristic of pressure training is that by exerting pressure on the exercise area,the synthesis of protein can be accelerated and the growth of muscle can be promoted.Compared with the single pressure training and vibration training,it is necessary to conduct in-depth experimental research on whether the combined training combining pressure with 35Hz vibration frequency and 2mm amplitude can improve the lower limb explosive force of athletes more efficiently.Therefore,it is hoped that through reasonable and systematic 10-week experimental training,the experimental results of the pressure vibration compound training are compared with the pressure training and vibration training respectively,so as to verify the training effect of the pressure vibration compound training.This study uses the method of literature,experiment and mathematical statistics to discuss the influence of the compound training of pressure vibration on the lower limb explosive force of male sprinters.By referring to the domestic and foreign literature on vibration training and pressure training,18 men sprint(100m,200m)second-class athletes were selected as the experimental objects,and the training content and plan suitable for sprint were formulated.During the experiment,the subjects were randomly divided into three groups:pressure training group,vibration training gr oup and pressure vibration combined training group.The subjects in all three groups were consistent in terms of movement,intensity,number of exercises,and interval time between groups.Before the experiment,18 subjects were tested for explosive qualities related to sprinting.Excel software was used to sort out the data obtained after the experimental test and SPSS26.0 was used for comparative analysis of the data.The analysis results showed that the intervention training was conducted for 10 weeks after there was no significant difference in the data.After 10 weeks of experimental intervention training,the following conclusions were finally drawn:1.After 5 weeks of training,all the three training methods can improve sprinters’lower limb explosive force,but the compound training of pressure vibration shows obvious advantages.2.The compound training of pressurized vibration has a significant effect on improving the acceleration ability of sprinters,and the positive effect produced by the experimental results provides a practical reference for improving the athletic performance of short distance speed.3.The maximum strength training effect of the pressure vibration training group was better than that of the pressure training and vibration training group during the 5 and 10 weeks of training.4.After 10 weeks of training,the combined pressure vibration training group was significantly better than single vibration training and pressure training in improving sprinters’ lower limb explosive force level and training effect.
