As a new and effective training method,vibration training is applied more and more widely in the fields of medical treatment,rehabilitation and competitive sports.As a special form of exercise training,it produces high-frequency mechanical stimulation of the body parts that contact with it through a vibration of a vibrating table with an adjustable cushion height,which is transmitted to the whole body through the contact area.When the vibration table is used for lower limb training,the maximum strength,explosive force,simultaneously developed.Compared with the traditional method of weight-bearing resistance training to develop lower limb function and explosive power,it can recruit more sports units to participate in work,improve the efficiency of neuromuscular,and make the muscles more stimulated,which can be relatively small.The load achieves better training effect,so the risk of injury using vibration training is lower;at the same time,the vibration training method has better timeliness and can effectively improve the athlete’s maximum muscle strength and muscle explosive force in a short time.In swimming,explosive power is very important.In the swimming competition,starting as the first movement is crucial for the next entry into the water,the connection of the underwater kicks and the half-way swimming.When the athlete starts,the body is static.When receiving the starting signal,they need to start quickly to get rid of the static state.At the same time,when the athlete rolls over,the athletes need to have a good explosive force to push against wall.Therefore,the explosive power is very important for the swimmer.Swimmers who have good explosive power can make a quicker start.They can entering the water farther and slide faster when they turn.Based on those,after reviewing the relevant materials and consulting swimming and physical fitness experts,this study intends to study the effects of the vibration training on the explosive strength of the lower limbs of the swimmers and the performance of their start.Provide more reference for swimmers to perform lower limb explosiveness and starting training.In order to carry out the research experiment smoothly,16 subjects were recruited at the China Swimming College of Beijing Sport University,and the exercise level was Grade 1 or above.The inclusion criteria were healthy and had no history of upper or lower limb or waist injury.All subjects volunteered to participate in the experiment and informed the purpose of the experiment,the experimental procedure,the experimental test requirements,and possible discomfort before the test.According to the needs of this study,they were divided into experimental group and control group.After statistical test,the subjects showed no significant difference in basic indicators such as age,height,weight and exercise years.The experimental group was arranged to perform vibration training,and the control group was subjected to the same motion exercise without vibration.Before the experiment,each evaluation index was pre-tested.After 6 weeks and 12 times,each time around 50 minutes of intervention training,the same indicators were post-tested.After repeated measures analysis of variance and simple effect analysis,the study concluded the following conclusions:1: Vibration training can significantly improve the swimmer’s lower limb explosive power.After training,the experimental group’s ability of SJ jumped significantly improved(F=8.628,p=0.011),and the increase was greater than the control group(9.2% vs 4.3%).However,there was no significant change in CMJ jump(F=0.086,p=0.773),standing long jump(F=2.079,p=0.171),and thigh circumference(F=0.006,p=0.938),indicating that vibration training can improve SJ motion mode.The static force of the lower force is not significant for the dynamic and comprehensive action modes.2: In the test of flexor and extensor muscle strength of the lower limbs,the strength of the right leg flexor and extensor muscles in the experimental group was significantly improved(p=0.010,p=0.007),which increased by 9.85% and 11.35%,respectively,and the strength of the left leg flexor and extensor muscles had increased 3.4% and5.2%.It can be seen that the vibration stimulation brought by the vibration training can effectively develop the lower limb strength of the athlete,but in the training,it is necessary to balance the balanced exercises of the left and right legs.3: In swimming start,after using the vibration training,the improve of the explosive power of the lower limbs will have a significant impact on the swimming start.The experimental group in the preparation state when the front knee(p=0.004)and the rear knee angle(F=11.733,p=0.004)got small,the distance of start(p=0.012),the slide distance after push against the wall(p=0.006)increased significantly,the start time was shortened(p=0.002),0-5 meters time(p=0.000),The 0-15 meter time(p=0.021)was significantly reduced,indicating that the increase in explosive power obtained by the swimmer through vibration training can promote the performance of the swimming starting.
