Study On Chinese Figure Skating Singles Talents Cultivation Mode And Influencing Factors

Figure skating single skating is a sport that integrates art and sports.During the Beijing Winter Olympics period,my country’s figure skating single skating competition results are bleak,and the level of single skating has not kept up with the international standard;the reserve talents of single skating restrict the development of double skating and dance on ice in my country to a certain extent,because of my country’s double skating The majority of ice dance athletes originate from single skaters.The quality of reserve talents for single skaters is declining,which will affect the overall situation of figure skating in my country.Research purpose:To understand the current situation of the development and training mode of the reserve talents of single figure skating athletes in my country;explore the influencing factors in the process of cultivating figure skating single skaters,and initially construct the training influence factors and the importance degree evaluation index system;through two aspects The research puts forward strategies for the development of figure skating in our country,and finally provides theoretical data for the good,healthy and long-term development of figure skating in our country.Research method:This study learned about the current status of single figure skating training in my country through the literature method and on-site observation method,and surveyed 38 athletes and 20 coaches and managers from 18 units to obtain Chinese figure skating single skating through a questionnaire survey.The status quo of the training model.After two rounds of correspondence with 15 experts through the Delphi method,the factors affecting the training of athletic reserve talents and their importance were determined,and the system of influencing factors provided suggestions for the development of the training model.Research result:(1)Chinese figure skating singles In the Beijing Winter Olympics competition cycle,only Jin Boyang and Yan Han in the adult men’s singles of the international competitions have competitive strength,and the women’s singles performance has always been poor.The youth group’s competition performance has declined significantly."Junior high-level players" appeared in domestic competitions.(2)The number of participants in the level test of figure skating in my country has nearly doubled within two years,and the passing rate has greatly increased.(3)According to the questionnaire survey and the literature method,there are 4 mainstream training models in our country,namely "national system","family training","club training" and "combination of sports and education".The two models of single figure skating "national system" and "family training" are developing well in China.(4)This study has constructed a system of influencing factors for the training of reserve talents for figure skating in my country,including 4 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators,and 53 third-level indicators;the average value of training factors in the first-level indicators is 4.40.The full score rate is 93.3%;the average management system factor is 4.00,and the full score rate is 86.7%;the average social environmental factor is 3.87,the full score rate is 80%;the average development environment factor is 3.87,and the full score rate is 73.3%.The main research conclusions are as follows:(1)At present,my country’s figure skating singles competition performance and reserve talents are "disconnected",and there is a serious shortage of reserve talents in the Beijing Winter Olympics cycle.This is mainly reflected in the fact that in the youth group,90%of the total number of athletes in the y outh group is that the athletes with poor competition performance and the level test below the 6th level.(2)The current main training models are the "national system" model and the"family training" model.The two training models have differences in content in terms of the composition of each element.(3)There are 4 first-level indicators,17 second-level indicators,and 53 third-level indicators influencing factors in the training of reserve talents for figure skating in my country;the order of importance of the first-level indicators is:training factor>management system factor>Social environmental factors>Development environmental factors.(4)Factors affecting the training of reserve talents for figure skating in my country point out that the training model of single skating should focus on the concept of talent training,training mode,institutional system,method and organizational form.
