Heilongjiang,Jilin,the use of environmental advantages of the two provinces,carried out a lot of ice sports,figure skating is one of the important projects.Using this advantage,Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces have been the birthplace of China's figure skating talent,in the major international competitions have been a lot of excellent results in recent years the state of Heilongjiang,Jilin provinces skating were carried out Many innovations and reforms have provided more platforms for the development of figure skating in Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces,and also provided more opportunities for the cultivation and development of reserve talents.However,due to the retiring of the old elite athletes,Especially in the grass-roots reserve personnel training to the next level of transport is particularly significant.Based on the present situation of Heilongjiang and Jilin province figure skating reserve talents training system,this paper provides the theoretical basis for the sustainable development of figure skating youth athletes in Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces.Based on the analysis,So as to promote the orderly and healthy development of reserve forces of figure skating in Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces.At the same time,it provides a favorable basis for the cultivation and development of figure skating reserve forces in Jilin Province.This paper takes the amateur athletic school,the athletic team,the athletic team coaches and athletes of Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces as the object of investigation,using literature data,field investigation,questionnaires,statistics and so on.Method,through the Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces figure skating reserve personnel training system status and the future development direction of the athletes to investigate and study the effective basis for the process of systematic theoretical research and practical analysis,the conclusions are as follows:1.The number of reserve figure of figure skating in the provinces of black and ji has been declining,but the figure of figure skating in China has been increasing,and the policy of "North Ice South Exhibition" has played an important role.The two provinces are the source of figure skating most of the economic development of capital cities,other cities,the number of personnel training is barren.2.Most of the coaches in Heilongjiang and Jilin think that the current system offigure skating reserve personnel training is unreasonable,and the coaches in Heilongjiang province have more irrational numbers than the Jilin province trainers.3.Most of the coaches in Heilongjiang and Jilin are retired with high level.The training experience is rich,but the theory is lacking.The daily management of the athletes needs to be strengthened.The number of trainings of the trainers in Heilongjiang Province is extra.4.Black and Kyrgyzstan figure skating reserve talent in the future development needs to be higher protection.
