Study On The Current Situation And Influencing Factors Of Training Of Swimming Reserve Talents In Fuzhou City Under The Background Of Building A Leading Sports Nation

Outline for Building a Leading Sports Nation in September 2019 has further accelerated China’s steps towards becoming a strong sports country and provided a strong guarantee for the cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports in China.Sports talents in the traditional sense have been difficult to adapt to the new requirements of the development of modern society.Outline for Building a Leading Sports Nation points out the direction for the training of sports talents,that is,to cultivate more high-level compound sports talents.As the reserve army of sports talents,reserve talents should also be trained according to the needs of the new era.In recent years,with the continuous development of the society,the training mode of swimming reserve talents in Fuzhou city has gradually developed from the original single "three-level training network" training mode to a diversified training mode of training competitive swimming reserve talents in sports schools,reserve talent bases,sports schools and clubs with traditional characteristics.In order to meet the needs of the reserve talents in the new period,further improve the training quality of the reserve talents in swimming,increase the number of reserve talents in swimming,and promote the good and rapid development of swimming in Fuzhou.This study analyzes the factors affecting the cultivation of swimming reserve talents in Fuzhou by comprehensive use of literature,questionnaire survey,expert interview,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics,and puts forward corresponding development countermeasures based on the current situation of the cultivation of swimming reserve talents in Fuzhou.The relevant views are summarized as follows:1.The training system of swimming reserve talents in Fuzhou gradually shows the characteristics of diversification,including sports schools,reserve talents bases,sports schools and clubs with traditional characteristics.The operation modes are different,which mainly includes “independent operation” and “cooperative operation”.In terms of talents selection,sports schools have paid more attention to body shape,while traditional sports schools concerned more about skills,with ages concentrated between 6 and 9 years old.The overall competitive level and training quality of reserve talents are on the rise year by year.2.The training content is extensive,the training time and the load arrangements are reasonable.The literacy scores of “part-time training” swimming reserve talents are good,while that of “three concentration” swimming reserve talents are relatively weak.The contradiction of reserve talents training is quite prominent,which is an important reason for the outflow of excellent swimming reserve talents in Fuzhou.3.There is relatively few reserve swimming talents in Fuzhou who has participated in the national level or above competitions,but mainly in the prefecture-level competitions.The level of training fund guarantee is average.There is a shortage of facilities.The main direction of talent transfer is to enter a higher school,only a few excellent athletes have been sent to sports schools or professional teams for training.4.This paper explores the main factors affecting the cultivation of swimming reserve talents in Fuzhou city from four dimensions: human subjective factors,basic security factors,social environmental factors and internal factors of talent cultivation.(1)Among the subjective factors,the working attitude and teaching level of coaches are the main factors affecting the training of swimming reserve talents in Fuzhou.(2)Among the basic guarantee factors,the training and competition funds and the training mode of reserve talents are the main factors affecting the training of reserve swimming talents in Fuzhou.(3)Among the social environmental factors,the most important factors affecting the training of swimming reserve talents in Fuzhou are the regional economic development and the extent of the audiences of swimming programs.(4)Among the internal factors of talent cultivation,the achievements of athletes’ academic courses and the transportation of athletes to a higher degree have become the main factors affecting the cultivation of swimming reserve talents in Fuzhou.5.According to the main factors affecting the training of swimming reserve talents in Fuzhou,the relevant countermeasures for optimizing the training of swimming reserve talents in Fuzhou have been put forward :(1)strengthening the team construction of swimming coaches in Fuzhou;(2)innovating the competition system of swimming reserve talents in Fuzhou;(3)improving training facilities for reserve swimming talents in Fuzhou;(4)promoting the participation of social forces,and increasing financial input;(5)optimizing the training mode of swimming reserve talents in Fuzhou;(6)increasing government support and improving policy guarantee;(7)strengthening the broadcasting of swimming in order to create a developmental atmosphere;(8)strengthening the cultural education of swimming reserve talents in Fuzhou;(9)broadening the channel for the selection of swimming reserve talents in Fuzhou.
