Research Objectives:Soft-ladder exercise is a relatively new means of physical training,which is mainly used for training the coordination ability and agility of athletes.In the basketball teaching and training of children and teenagers,the soft ladder exercise has been initially recognized,children and teenagers are the golden period of the development of athletes’ sensitive quality,this stage combined with the soft ladder training can achieve twice the result with half the effort.However,the research on ladder training is still not deep enough at present.Most scholars only pay attention to the influence of single direction movement on agility quality,and ladder training can have forward,back,side and other directions at the same time.This thesis mainly compares the differences between single direction ladder training and combined direction ladder training,and then explores the relationship between agility quality and ladder training,and the relationship between agility quality and movement in different directions.Research Methods:In this thesis,14 men’s basketball players from Beijing Sport University who went to Lithuania for youth training were selected as the research objects.In this study,we selected six indicators of dexterity testing,which were proved to be able to better reflect the ability of coordination,change movement and change direction in dexterity testing.This experiment time a total of 10 weeks,before the experiments conducted on all the players in the first week of sensitive quality index test,before the trial test data,using statistical software analysis on the experimental test results before judgment data dispersion degree,and according to the experimental measurement data before combining height and weight and the technical level,will be 14 players into two groups of level,Make sure to experiment in equilibrium.At the end of the one-week pre-test,the experimental group was given multi-direction rope ladder training(forward,side and back)for 8 weeks,while the control group was given positive rope ladder training(forward)for 8 weeks,and the training time was the same for both groups.At the end of the 8-week training,the two groups of experimental subjects were tested for sensitivity quality after one week,and the relevant test data after the experiment were obtained.Finally,the statistical software was used to compare and analyze the data before and after the experiment,so as to draw experimental conclusions.Research results:Through the analysis of the experimental data,the following results are obtained.(1)After 8 weeks of multi-direction rope ladder training experiment,the scores of the experimental group in the bur-up test,the Illinois test,the cross quadrant jump test and the 20-second repeated crossing test were significantly improved,and the scores of the four agility tests were significantly different before and after the experiment.The experimental group also improved significantly in the T-shape sliding step test and the hexagonal movement test,and there were significant differences in the scores of the two tests before and after the experiment.(2)After the forward rope ladder training experiment for 8 weeks,the scores of the control group in the cross quadrant jump test project and the 20-second cross test project were significantly improved,and there were significant differences in the scores of the two tests before and after the experiment.In the burpees test item,the test result has improved,the improvement rate is not as good as the experimental group,the test result before and after the experiment has a significant difference.In the T-shape sliding step test items and the hexagonal movement test items,the scores did not improve significantly,and there was no significant difference in the test scores before and after the experiment.According to the experimental results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The positive ladder training has a better effect on the ability of responding to the coordination in the sensitive quality,and it also has an improvement on the ability of changing the direction and the ability of changing the movement,but the range is small.The results show that the training mode of forward ladder training mainly affects the ability of coordination and response in the agility quality.(2)The combination direction ladder training has a positive effect on the ability to change direction,change movement,and coordinate the response movement in agility.It shows that the combination direction ladder training can improve all the indexes of agility.(3)In the training of basketball players’ agility,the combination direction ladder training should be carried out more,because it has the characteristics of improving agility in all aspects,and the present form of single direction training should be replaced. |
