Under the background of continuing to promote the implementation for the"Outline of the Mid-and Long-term Development Plan of Chinese Football".Further development of campus football in our country.The level of campus football competition has gradually improved.The development of the China University Football Association can best represent the development level of campus competitive football in our country.The league has not only cultivated a large number of outstanding college football sports teams,but also made important contributions to the talent reserve of professional leagues.For college football players,it is necessary to take into account both daily training and curriculum learning during school.Therefore,a simple,practical and efficient physical training method has become the preferred physical training method for coaches.This article is aimed at the application of YOYO interval endurance training in the physical training of college male football players.Added YOYO intermittent endurance training content to the daily physical training of college male football players.And carried out the inter-group control before and after the experiment.In-depth study of the impact of this training method on the aerobic capacity of college male football players.The author deeply researches the influence of this training method on the aerobic capacity of college male football players.Through expert interview method,literature method and experimental method,combined with the physiological indicators and sports performance of college male football players,a comprehensive evaluation of their aerobic capacity is made.16 members of the men’s football team of Beijing Sport University were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into 2 groups.Add 2 YOYO interval endurance training content to the weekly physical training of the experimental group,and the control group will train according to the traditional variable-speed repetitive training method.Wtih analyzing the experimental data,the following conclusions are drawn:After six weeks of training intervention,YOYO intermittent endurance training has a positive impact on the aerobic capacity of the Beijing Sport University Men’s Football Team members.And more effectively improved maximum oxygen content than traditional repetitive training,the player’s aerobic capacity is significantly improved.In the 12-minute running test,the test results after the YOYO interval endurance training intervention were not significantly different from the test results after the traditional repetitive training intervention.In the 12-minute running test,the test results after the YOYO interval endurance training intervention were not significantly different from the test results after the traditional repetitive training intervention.It is feasible to add YOYO interval endurance training to the daily physical training of college men’s football teams.Compared with traditional repetitive training,YOYO interval endurance training is better.Compared with variable-speed repetitive training,YOYO interval endurance training is simpler,more effective,and more in line with the laws of football and training.In the daily physical training of college men’s football team,use YOYO intermittent TRT training level 2 16.5 third(2040 meters)as the start training standard,and adjust the training level according to the team.This makes the university football physical training method diversified.This training method also has a positive effect on the cultivation of the will and quality of football players.
