In modern competitive aerobics dancing,highly developed physical level is the decisive factor in enhancing the competitive capacity of competitive aerobics dancing.At present;however,the comprehensive study of physical training about the top competitive aerobic dancing is vacancy in China.Therefore,according to the recognitions of sport training on athletes physical training,the subjects examined in this study are 85 Chinese athletes of top competitive aerobic dancing(37 male athletes and 48 female athletes),who are preparing for the world aerobics championship in 2006.Through different athletes' physical quality structural characteristics,with the selection of the experts and coaches this study tests and analyzes the 19 indicators of quality to identify and capture a different level of quality athletes movement of the main factors,digging out from the quality of training athletes campaign focus and on this basis to high major athletes physical training methods and means.In this study,the integrated use of the literature,survey law, expert interviewing,tests,numerical statistical analysis of research methods.We draw such conclusions as follows:1.Male athletes' movement quality is classified in accordance with their contribution level,respectively:that pliancy factor,strength factor,and endurance factor.We should give priority to the development of physical training in the big level male athletes' strength and pliancy, but also paying attention to the quality and strength of pliable but hard to break the balanced development of other sports quality,in order to achieve the best training results.2.The factors of female athletes are ordered as pliancy,strength, and endurance.Because of the physiological cause,the pliancy of female athletes is better.Female athletes' movement strength factor is the core of movement,Female athletes in the physical training should focus on improving the quality of strength sensitive but we also should pay attention to the coordinate development of strength,endurance,and pliancy3.During develop the basic movement quality;we should also pay attention to the special quality.Male and female athletes' level of the special factors are different.therefore,during the physical training,We should give priority to the development of physical training in the big level male athletes' strength and pliancy,but also paying attention to the quality and strength of pliable but hard to break the balanced development of other sports quality.Female athletes in the physical training should focus on improving the quality of strength sensitive but we also should pay attention to the coordinate development of strength,endurance,and pliancy.4.The research is indicated,in the all national group of aerobics, the physical training takes high proportion in the period training. General prepared time is 65.5%,and special prepared time is 60.8%.Furthermore,the proportion should keep 40%during the competitive time.5.Pliancy factor is the indispensable part to master the technical actions and develop level of actions.During the training,we should combine the active form and the passive form;combine the deriving force and static force:keep the simultaneousness,flexibility and coordination consistent.
