A Study Of The Effect Of Educational Practice For Football Majors In Beijing Sport University

Nowadays,with the development of campus football in full swing,most excellent football teachers and coaches come from college football special students.Educational practice is an important link for them to lead a team,and the effect of educational practice affects their comprehensive ability.Through searching the literature related to physical education practice and football education practice,it is found that a large number of research objects are to study the group of physical education interns,while there are few articles related to the education practice of football special interns.In this paper,effect of special education students in Beijing sport university football practice internship as the research object,using the experience of predecessors about physical education internship related,through questionnaire investigation,interview method,observation method and mathematical statistical methods,such as in Beijing sport university football interns and internship,study relevant personnel as investigation object,the effect of comprehensive analysis to get an internship,carry forward the good aspects at the same time improve the deficiency,and find out the influence factors of practice effect and put forward Suggestions for improvement,the purpose is to improve football for reference to special education practice work in the future.It is beneficial to improve the comprehensive quality of China’s future football teachers and coaches and provide impetus for the development of China’s football.Through the study,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Football with the aid of Beijing sports university students,a good platform,through continuous learning during the period of school can get football theory,knowledge and teaching ability,and obtain the corresponding level of coaches and referees level certificate,Beijing sport university football interns,theory and practice of higher level by studying the following conclusions.2.The conclusion is drawn from the three aspects of interns,practice instructors and practice units that the overall practice effect is good,but there is room for improvement.It shows the importance of football special education practice,which can greatly improve students’ practical ability.3.Interns believe that through education practice,their teaching ability,competition guidance ability,communication ability and organizational ability have been greatly improved,among which organizational ability has a significant improvement effect.In terms of professional attitude,interns have made great progress in work spirit and initiative.The teachers of the internship units believe that the interns are qualified for the internship post and have made great progress in the teaching ability,teaching plan writing ability,emotion control ability and organizational ability.There is still room for improvement in the guidance of match ability and football law enforcement ability.In terms of student evaluation,students have a high degree of satisfaction with the interns,and their emotional control ability still needs to be improved.After the teaching of interns,students’ abilities have been significantly improved,but there is still room for improvement in physical quality.Internship instructor mainly from the attitude of the internship,discipline,hard-working aspects of the internship effect of the intern affirmation.4.The main influence factors on the internship effect for the internship unit student football level is generally low and poor football foundation,internship units lack of emphasis,sports ground and hardware facilities,interns to find work in practice and thesis writing had a greater influence on the effect of the practice,in addition to this internship salary is one of the reasons affecting the effects of practice.
