Research purpose: this research is under the background that many colleges and universities in China have successively established football colleges after the General Administration of sports and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the notice on developing national youth campus football activities in 2009.Taking Xi’an Institute of physical education as an example,this paper investigates the current situation of the cultivation of students’ teaching practice ability in the football College of Xi’an Institute of physical education,and studies the current situation of the requirements for teaching practice ability that football teachers need to master in primary and secondary schools.In order to verify whether the teaching practice ability of football College for students meets the requirements of football teachers in primary and secondary schools.Find out what requirements the football college still has in cultivating students’ teaching practice ability,which do not meet the requirements of football teachers in primary and secondary schools,so as to put forward relevant countermeasures,in order to promote the football College of Xi’an Institute of physical education to be more comprehensive,systematic and scientific in cultivating students’ teaching practice ability,and provide some reference for the football colleges of other colleges and universities in cultivating students’ teaching practice ability.Research methods: in order to further understand the current situation of the cultivation of students’ teaching practice ability in the football College of Xi’an Institute of physical education,this study used the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,interview and discussion,comparative analysis and other research methods to investigate the current situation of the cultivation of 2017 and2018 students’ teaching practice ability in the football College of Xi’an Institute of physical education,Based on the investigation and Research on the teaching practice ability required by 60 primary and secondary school football teachers in Xi’an and the requirements of some teaching practice ability,the relevant conclusions are as follows:1.The students’ ability to use teaching passwords and the ability to describe game scenes are excellent,which meets the requirements of primary and secondary schools for football teachers;However,the cultivation of the ability to explain movement skills needs to be further strengthened.2.Students have strong ability to control discipline and stably organize football teaching activities in class,which meets the requirements of primary and secondary schools for football teachers;Students are weak in mastering football teaching theory and fail to meet the standards of primary and secondary school football teachers.3.Students’ teaching reflection ability,teaching design writing ability and the ability to change football teaching methods need to be further strengthened.4.The students in the football College of Xi’an Institute of physical education have excellent classroom adaptability,excellent football teaching demonstration ability and teaching error correction ability,which have reached the level of competent football teachers in primary and secondary schools.5.The football College of Xi’an Institute of physical education is consistent with the requirements of primary and secondary schools for the content of football teaching practical ability that football teachers need to master.According to the conclusions,relevant suggestions are put forward as follows:1.in the future,teachers should pay attention to the teaching of students’ movement technology explanation methods and the improvement of students’ ability to solve key and difficult problems in the teaching process.2.formulate relevant policies to improve students’ ability to use football teaching methods according to the students’ mastery objectives of football teaching methods.3.attach importance to the teaching of students’ football teaching theoretical knowledge,and regularly assign some assignments of football theoretical knowledge to students.4.pay attention to the arrangement of students’ teaching practice,and put forward clear teaching practice requirements for students in the process of teaching practice.5.teach students the method of correct reflection on football teaching,and guide students to correctly reflect on the content and teaching method of each football lesson at the end of each lesson. |
