In the complete set of competitive aerobics,it is difficult movements that leave the strongest visual impact on the audience. For aerobics athletes, the difficulty choice is a topic that is constantly considered. In particular,single-player athletes are not bound by the consistency requirements of multi-player events, and they will try their best to show their own ability characteristics when choosing difficulty,so the difficulty choice also reflects the unbalanced structure of athletes’ quality and ability, and the way of mutual compensation is worth exploring. From this perspective, this paper explores the compensation phenomenon of difficult movements selection by studying the difficult movements of single aerobics athletes and combining with the unbalanced structure of athletes’ own quality development.Based on the theoretical support of literature, this paper analyzes 48 sets of difficult movements and typical cases of single athletes in 2016,2018 Aerobics World Championships and 2019 World Cup finals by video analysis.Combined with expert interviews and questionnaires,it reveals the unbalanced compensation phenomenon of different aerobics single athletes when using difficult movements,so that aerobics project workers can combine their own characteristics and promote athletes to achieve the best choice in difficult movements from the perspective of unbalanced compensation. The research conclusions are as follows:1.The update and optimization of the rules make the athletes’ difficult movements more free, and guide the contestants to make difficulty choices according to their own quality advantages,so that the unbalanced compensation phenomenon of athletes through difficult movements selection is more obvious.2.In the nonequilibrium analysis of the overall difficulty choice of aerobics single event, the difference between male and female single athletes in B and A space is the biggest, and the male single has more advantages in cutting, horizontal support and bending and jumping, while the female single has more advantages in balanced rotation and Yiliuxin. The number of turns and landing techniques of jumping difficulty are concentrated on one week and leaning support. The difficulty combination of men’s singles is C+A,while women’s singles is C+C,and three connections are C+C+A.3.In the case analysis of aerobics men’s singles athletes, men’s singles athletes Ivan and Daniel have disadvantages in A space difficulty.Ivan compensated the disadvantages through the advantages of the number and score of difficulty choices in B space, the turning angle and the difficulty integrate of C+C+A.Daniel compensated the disadvantages through the advantages of C-space difficulty selection number, jumping difficulty swivel angle and C+C+A difficulty combination.4.In the case analysis of aerobics women’s singles athletes, women’s singles athletes Stasija and Napteva have disadvantages in flexibility in B space. The two women’s singles athletes compensated for their disadvantages by choosing the number and score of A’s space strength difficulty, the turning angle of jumping difficulty and the combination of C+A’s difficulty.5.The balance compensation of aerobics single gymnasts’ difficulty technology is mainly manifested in the improvement of the number and scores of men’s single flexibility and women’s single strength. In the way of compensation, endogenous compensation is more reflected in the compensation of quantity advantage to disadvantage in flexibility difficulty, while exogenous compensation is more reflected in the improvement of difficulty score of athletes’ advantage group. |
