Difficult movements in competitive aerobics are the core elements that reflect the competitive level of athletes and determine the winning of competitions.The A309 difficulty movement,that is,the Thomas rotation of the competitive aerobics group A180° vacating rotation 360° into a push-up,is the first choice for high-level athletes to create a complete set of difficult movements.Because of its high score and highly ornamental characteristics,it is widely used in aerobics competitions.The complexity of the movement technique of the difficulty movement,to ensure that the athletes can steadily play and complete the difficulty movement in the competition,the athletes must fully grasp the correct movement technique of the difficulty through scientific training methods.Because the kinematic analysis method is feasible and effective in the study of competitive sports,it is widely used by many scholars,so this study also selects this method for analysis.At the same time,this study selects the kinematic data of high-level athletes when completing A309 difficult movements as the research object of this paper.With the help of kinematic analysis methods,the kinematic parameters of each stage and the whole stage of A309 difficult movements are analyzed,and the correct action techniques are summarized.Summarize reasonable and targeted training methods.It points out the correct technical characteristics of A309 difficult movements for coaches and athletes engaged in competitive aerobics and provides scientific training guidance.The research methods used in this study are literature,interview,experiment,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis.Among them,the experimental method and mathematical statistics method are the key research methods of this paper.By using Mars 2H motion capture cameras to collect the kinematic data of athletes when they complete the A309 difficulty movement,and using Matlab,Excel,and other related software to process the collected data.The following conclusions are drawn :(1)The A309 difficulty movement is divided into three stages: the Thomas stage,vacated swivel stage,and the landing buffer stage.In the Thomas stage,by analyzing the parameters such as the support height,the height of the center of gravity,and the average speed of the feet,it is concluded that the correct action techniques are low hip leg technique,left foot force technique and lifting inverted technique;in the stage of flight and rotation,by analyzing the height of the center of gravity,the height of the pelvis,the rotation speed,the torsion angle of the shoulder and the hip and the opening and closing angle of the arms,the correct action technique is summarized as the hip extension technique and the effective twist technique of the left foot.In the landing buffer stage,by analyzing the landing time difference,the center of gravity height,feet acceleration,and other parameters,the correct action technology is active support technology and feet braking technology.(2)The complete action technology of A309 difficulty movement in the whole stage is a continuous process,that is,the post-stage action technology is affected by the pre-stage action technology.Through the parameters such as the full stage time of the A309 difficulty movement,the angle between the two hands,the average speed of the feet,and the height of the center of gravity,it is concluded that the height at the end of the Thomas stage will be used as the initial height of the flight swivel stage.The flight height and rotation speed of the flight rotation stage affect the stability of the landing buffer stage.(3)The training method for the A309 difficulty movement is a systematic training process from each stage of difficulty movement to the whole stage.The process is divided into action technology decomposition training,action technology integration training,and complete action improvement training.According to the purpose of different training methods,the training content can be further refined.The action technique decomposition training can be divided into Thomas stage action technique practice,flight swivel stage action technique practice,landing buffer stage action technique practice;the integrated training of movement technology can be divided into Thomas stage and vacated rotation stage practice,vacated rotation stage and landing buffer stage practice;complete action improvement training is body posture control practice.Through six training contents of three training methods,the correct and high-quality A309 difficult movements are realized.(4)To form the correct and high-quality A309 difficulty movement,this paper designs 20 kinds of targeted practice methods.Among them,a total of 14 kinds of practice methods were designed to form the dynamic stereotype of the correct movement technology in each stage;2 kinds of practice methods to integrate the convergence of action techniques between stages;4 kinds of practice methods to improve the quality of action completion.(5)The training requirement of A309 difficulty movement is that athletes need to master the correct movement technology in each stage first.After establishing a stable and correct dynamic setting in the decomposition training of movement technology,they can continue the whole stage of movement technology integration training.When there is an action error in the integration training of action technology,do not repeat the wrong action technology too quickly,but return to the action decomposition training of each stage,re-establish the dynamic stereotype of the correct action technology,and then carry out the integration training of action technology.On the basis that the athletes can complete the complete difficult movements independently,the training can be improved through the complete movements to enhance the athletes ’ body control ability,so that the athletes can show the high-quality A309 difficult movements while presenting the correct movement skills.
