Boxing project as a strong confrontational sport,set strength,speed and endurance and other sports quality in a body.Women’s boxing,as a key gold medal winning project in China’s preparation for the Olympic Games,has always been attached great importance to.In recent years in the Olympic Games,Boxing World Championships,Asian Games and Asian Boxing Championships and other competitions have made excellent results.Women’s boxing has become the 2012 Olympic Games in London after the formal program,on the importance of women’s boxing has been widely improved,China’s women’s boxing in the 2012 London Olympic Games and the 2016 Olympics in Rio won 2 silver and 3 bronze MEDALS,a total of five MEDALS,although there is no gold medal,but it also fully proved that the Chinese women’s boxing has a strong competitive.Gu Hong,as a Chinese 69kg women’s boxing athlete,has a strong dominance in this class.She won the 69kg women’s boxing champion in the Asian Boxing Championship,the National Women’s Championship and the Championship in 2015.In 2017,won the gold medal of 69KG women’s boxing at the Asian Boxing Championships and the 13th National Games.It can be seen that Gu Hong has a dominant performance in the 69kg class of women’s boxing in the world since she won the 69kg class gold medal in the Asian.At the 2018 world women’s boxing championships GuHong lost 2-1 in the final 3 sorry to Chen Nianqin has won a silver medal,so to GuHong prepare for the 2018 world championships the pre-match training characteristics research as the research object,using the method of documentary,expert interview,case analysis and mathematical statistics research methods,such as to GuHong personal basic situation,the 2018 world championship GuHong before the three part of training content,training means,the load arrangement and other aspects detailed inquiry,find GuHong preparation for the 2018 world boxing championship before the advantages and disadvantages of the training,The problems in the preparation process were found and the corresponding suggestions were put forward to provide reference basis for the preparation of Chinese women’s boxing for the Olympic Games and other competitions.Through the research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)through the analysis of the characteristics of the study:the female boxing athletes GuHong type is a defensive player,partial male football,boxing,steady and exact,solid tactics,in the fight against GuHong has more obvious physical advantages,but GuHong flexibility quality,the rhythm of the offensive and defensive conversion to control and adjust the stable psychological state is relatively poor.(2)Before the 2018 World Boxing Championships,Gu Hong’s training mainly focused on avoiding the technical defects and physical deficiency in her past matches.Through strengthening physical training,especially flexibility training,Gu Hong could better play her skills and tactics.Through the consolidation of boxing basic skills,strengthen the ability of changing the rhythm of attack and defense;According to different opponents and different situations,improve the ability to react on the spot,strengthen the ability to adjust the psychological state of the self.(3)In terms of physical training before the 2018 Boxing World Championship,the training contents are comprehensive and the methods and methods are rich,which helps Gu Hong build a good physical advantage and provides a guarantee for technical and tactical training;In terms of pre-competition skills and tactics training,Gu Hong’s training focuses on highlighting the advantages and making up the weaknesses,and strengthens the training of basic skills and the conversion of offense and defense.Psychological intervention training covered the whole 8 weeks of training,which played a good role in Gu Hong’s psychological aspects both during and after the training.(4)Female boxers conduct pre-competition training mainly from three parts:pre-competition physical training,special technical training and psychological intervention,and enhance the initiative of body function and special techniques and tactics with the help of the training method matching the load amount and the load intensity.In each training part before the competition,the training load adopts the form of "two large and one small",and the weekly load trend is divided into two stages and two forms of ladder shape.The load undertaken by different training parts is also different.The pre-competition physical training part is maintained at 55-100%,while the pre-competition technical and tactical training part is maintained at 65-100%.In each stage,the most appropriate allocation proportion is selected to implement the training step by step with the help of the changing relationship between the load amount and the load intensity.
