This paper takes the annual training load characteristics of Li maocuo,the runner up of women’s 50 km race walking in the 2019 Doha world championships as the research object,and uses the methods of tracking observation,literature review,mathematical statistics and expert interview to analyze the characteristics of Li maocuo’s winter training load in preparation for the 2019 Doha world championships.The research shows that: 1.Coach Chen Helin’s annual training plan for Li Maocuo is mainly composed of two periods of winter training and summer training.The winter training is divided into basic preparation stage,special promotion stage,pre competition adjustment stage and post match recovery stage.Summer training is divided into basic preparation stage,special promotion stage and pre competition adjustment stage.In the post competition recovery stage,the main purpose is to eliminate the fatigue during winter training,but not to do a good job in aerobic reserve in the next stage of summer training.In terms of training load:during the whole annual training period,Li maocuo’s training load showed an "m" trend,with double peaks.In winter training,the maximum monthly training load was 720 km,and in summer training,the maximum monthly training load was 722 km.In the whole annual training,the speed performance of aerobic domain(lactic acid 2 nmol / L)also followed the "m" training theory;in preparing for women’s 50 km event,Li maocuo’s training load was the highest The speed corresponding to aerobic intensity is called special speed,which accounts for more than one third of the training amount.2.According to the different training purposes of each stage,the training content will also change: the training intensity in the basic preparation stage is relatively small,and the main class is the low-intensity long-distance aerobic training,which is mainly based on fat energy supply training,supplemented by sugar and fat coordination training;the training amount in the special promotion stage reaches the peak during the whole winter training and summer training,which is mainly based on long-distance aerobic training Speed endurance training is the main course,and some speed training will also be interspersed in the middle speed training course.This stage is mainly based on glycolipid coordination training.The training volume during the pre competition adjustment stage has been reduced,but the training intensity has increased.The main purpose is to take some short distance training to speed up the competition and find the rhythm of competition.Training,maximal oxygen uptake intensity training.3.In the annual training of preparing for the long-distance race walking,the annual international and domestic competition period is generally concentrated in May,June and July.If conditions permit,more athletes should be arranged to participate in the competition,and the competition should replace the training.On the one hand: to improve athletes’ special ability,so that athletes pay more attention to training,not because of the long training cycle and hate training,on the other hand: to enhance athletes’ confidence,increase competition experience,make certain psychological preparation for the later competition,enhance training motivation.
