Research On Linyi Sports Public Services Under Public Demand And Supply

In recent years, the public services have undergone significant changes, starting with theneeds of the people oriented more accurate and efficient service in our country. As an importantpart in the public services, sports public services has been more respected, and attracts the publicto actively join in the exercises to make a positive contribution to building and improving fitnesssystem. Linyi is the most populous prefecture-level city in Shandong Province, having a largenumber of urban residents. Therefore, the demand of sports public services is higher.In this paper, the author mainly uses the literature, questionnaires, interviews and otherresearch methods, to investigate Linyi’s resident sports public demands.The content is mainly related to the current supply, demands, satisfaction and priority ofsports public services for Linyi urban residents. And according to the contradiction between thecurrent supply of sports public services and demands for public services, the author puts forwardsome corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to accelerate the docking of the currentsupply and demand, to promote the sports public service system in Linyi more perfectly.The study concludes that the residents’ consciousness of health has gradually increased andthe demand for public services also has improved. There still exists a great distance between thesupply of public services and the demand of resident sports public service. The condition ofsupply and demand docking is poor. The residents’ sports participation and their own situationhave a strong relevance.For the reality of Linyi, the author proposes the following recommendations: to emphasizethe development of mass sports, to strengthen investment of human and financial resources inpublic services to realize the dream of sports power nation. The government should put thecommunity specification system on agenda, uses the system to protect public space and fitnessfacilities. The government should improve the public physical exercise awareness, social sportsinstructors’ social status and treatment. Besides, the government should open up richer sportsinformation consultation channels, improve the public’s understanding of sports information,standardize physique monitoring system and provide timely feedback to give reasonable resultsand guidance. According to the public demands, the government offers the supply pertinently, optimize the allocation of resources supply and respect for public service demands of residents’sports expression.
