| With the rapid development of society,the school’s development has also shifted on the fast track.Various needs have emerged more numerous.Therefore,it is becoming so urgent to improve and optimize the current college financial information to meet the requirements for the processing of financial data and satisfy the users.On this basis,it is of significant importance for colleges and universities to further research and re-explore the lastest software technology by analyzing the current financial information management system and locate its flaws.And so that great progress can be achieved financial management and statement analysis.During the course of the research,the following issues were addressed and analyzed.The current research on this issue is not sufficient.Based on actual needs,the author conducted a study of the financial needs in universities.Introducing some ideas of software engineering,the author designed the required business function modules,function diagrams,and functional steps.When building the system framework,the author chose Java EE architecture.Using the Java language and database SQL Server2015 for system development.Upon the analysis of the practice and the needs,the author has designed five models in the function of system design development including Financial documents management module,financial salary management module,financial research project management module,financial basic information management module,and maintenance management module.In order to achieve the system’s ease of use and maintainability,The designed system couldn’t exist separately,also needs to link data and information with other related systems,in order to achieve the system’s accessibility and sustainabilityThe designed system can be put into application only when it passes the test of basic functions.During the trial section,the emerging problems should be dealt with timely with proper solutions,so that the financial information management system can be more scientific and efficient.This essay also points out some promising direction for future research. |
