Researches On Electronic Document Management Process In University Based On The BDD

With the rapidly development of Information technology and the advancement of informatization process, the electronic documents are maintaining the fast increase. Electronic documents are quickly instead of paper documents, it triggered a second changes to the recording mode in human history. How to manage the electronic documents has drawn great attention of every country in the world.Electronic document management process is the main content of the electronic document management. It is a series of closely related management activities in the life cycle of electronic documents. As paper document’s section management process is no longer suitable for electronic document management, the new theory and new ideas about electronic document management are applied in the electronic document management process. This process has a certain theoretical and practical significance. In this study, Southwest University is selected as an example, the electronic documents which are generated in coordination office system are selected as the research objects. At the same time, this study combined with the construction requirements about the Southwest University archives management platform. The new theories and new ideas about the electronic document management are used into the process models, it aims to construct suitable electronic document management process models in Southwest University’s different stages.This study is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is mainly overviewed the research of electronic document management process at home and abroad. The second chapter summarizes the concepts of electronic document management process, and introduces the electronic documents and the basic concept of electronic document management process. The third chapter introduces the theories about electronic documents management, and discriminates these theories, proclaims the research contents on electronic document management process in university. In the fourth chapter is building the current Southwest University electronic document management process model, this mode is based on the theoretical research and field research. As the insufficients in the model and the new requirements of the digital archives platform’s construction, the current model’s correction model are constructed, the correction model is based on the Business-Driven perspective. In the fifth chapter, the model of electronic document management process in paperless environment is constructed. This model absorbs the experience of the government departments electronic document management process. The sixth chapter summarizes the research content, points out the lack of the study, and proposes the next step about the research.
