Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Community Home Care Service In Shenyang

Community home care service is one of the main ways of providing for the aged in China at present.With the deepening of aging,the implementation of community home care service in Shenyang is facing a series of problems and challenges.Based on the analysis of the implementation status of home care service in Shenyang,this paper finds that there are some problems,such as the lack of service facilities,the shortage of service professionals,the lack of accuracy of service items,and the low participation in community home care service for the elderly.Through discussion and analysis,it is found that the main reasons are insufficient supply capacity of community home care service facilities,low treatment and low social status of service personnel,imperfect supervision mechanism of community home care service and insufficient mobilization of human resources for the elderly.In order to effectively improve the community home care service in Shenyang,this paper puts forward several measures,including strengthening the supply capacity of community care facilities,improving the team construction of care service personnel,improving the supervision system,and improving the ability of the elderly to mobilize human resources,in order to achieve better service level and quality,meet the needs of the elderly for the elderly and promote the harmonious development of society.
