As a social phenomenon,the aging of the population has its negative side,while we cannot deny the new driving force of accelerating social development coming from the population aging.With the increasing aging population of Shanghai,it has become a huge challenge for the society and the government to deal with it.The proposal of active aging has led to a bright path for the aging problem,and the exploration of its specific implementation path has become the top priority.The development of human resources for the elderly and the construction of an aging society full of vitality and hope are not only related to the happiness and health of the elderly and the sustainable development of Shanghai’s economy,but also a very important concrete measure of active aging.Based on the background of the increasingly serious aging problem and the shortage of labor resources in Shanghai,this paper presents some suggestions on the development of human resources for the elderly from a positive perspective.On the basis of theoretical research,this paper reveals the dilemma of the elderly human resources development through empirical analysis,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to solve the dilemma of the elderly human resources development by drawing on the experience of typical aging countries. |
